A cosy stay with our dog. This room enabled us to enjoy an excellent week long stay and explore the island from our base. Judith was easily contactable and there was a small grass area (overlooking the sea) for doggie just at the bottom of the long driveway. Also there’s a footpath there too to get to the seafront. Judith provides some extra touches too thanks

Absolutely top quality, book now! It's a fab place. We enjoyed a peaceful few days. Easy to find and not far from the Fishbourne ferry. Julian was there to greet us, (busy working in the extensive lovely garden) giving us an easy check in after a long journey. It's a well stocked holiday let, everything is very good quality and extremely well looked after. A well equipped kitchen, we only used it to make breakfast but you could cook a more adventurous meal if needed. Small fridge and separate freezer, full oven and hob, toaster and a microwave. Lots of kitchen utensils and crockery stored in the dresser in the adjoining seating area. There's plenty of lounge seating, although we would have preferred a longer settee rather than a 2 seater. All the furniture is high quality, mostly antique, not a flat pack in sight, exceptional! We didn't use the log burner for our June visit, lovely for a winter stay. Bed very comfortable, quality linen. Ensuite immaculate! Louise & Pete

A lovely cottage, with all the amenities and comfy beds in a great location. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay and, in particular, the view of the sea, watching the boats sail by, the rabbits and pheasants on the lawn, the woodland walk/costal walks, quirky shops at the fort, being on Yarmouth's doorstep, lighting a real fire at night and sleeping peacfully after a day exploring the beautiful Isle of Wight. A big thank you to our hosts for arranging discounted ferry tickets and a lovely welcome pack. We may be back for more of the same!

Absolutely loved our stay on the Isle of Wight. Was our first time visiting the island to attend Takeover and was over the moon to find an air BnB that had a driveway big enough for the 2 cars we brought for the show. The instructions were clear and the annex was easy to find. It was clean & cosy but also much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed for our stay. We absolutely loved the little touch with the dart board and had a few games when we had some downtime on the evenings. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. We very much felt at home and looked forward to returning on the evenings after our long days out and driving around the island. Would definitely stay again.

Louisa was an exceptionally kind and responsive host, always ready to help and ensure we were comfortable, which truly made a difference in our experience. The interior decor and views from the place was stunning - beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged, making us feel right at home. We’re so grateful for her hospitality and would absolutely stay here again!

Sarah is a fabulous host, she’s extremely responsive and the place was really easy to get to, good space for parking - the hayloft is such a great find! The place is really clean and has everything you could need for a home away from home, it’s also really peaceful and quiet. And there’s lots to do just a short walk from the hayloft, which is outlined in the guest information book that Sarah has kindly put together. Thank you Sarah :)
