Modern purpose built private self contained annex next to, but separate from our family home and is situated in Northwood which is 2 miles from the centre of Cowes. It is on the main bus routes. There is private access, parking, tv, wifi, Bathroom, equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob and fridge with ice box. It is in an ideal place to explore the Island, and is 2 miles from Vestas and the local hospital. Cowes is a sailing town that has several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs.

The Studio - self contained guest house, Lymington

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space. It is an ideal location.

The Annex at Granary Cottage is a modern, light and airy self contained annex with all mod cons. There is a contemporary shower suite, beautiful kitchen and comfortable living area with dining to match. A spacious outside area sits in a quiet yet convenient location. We are located on Milford Road in the small village of Everton, 2 miles equidistant to Lymington and Milford-on-Sea. The local pub is less than 5 minutes walk and a fabulous post office sells all you might need in provisions.

The space is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing get-away. We provide tea, coffee, biscuits, toffees & Prosecco.

Our annex is fully furnished and ready for self-catering holidays or short stays. Situated at the end of a quiet unmade road surrounded by fields on three sides, and just a few minutes’ walk from Totland Bay, it is ideal as base for walker's, cyclists, beach goers or those who just want to get away from it all. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.
