Milkpan Farm is situated in Godshill, which we have recently purchased and have refurbished. ** We offer generous discounts on the ferries * It is set in a superb rural location for couples, ramblers, dog walkers and cyclists and a great place from which to explore the Island. The accommodation is self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking. Central heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV are just some of the facilities available. The accommodation is newly fitted to a high specification.

The Cubby is a self contained studio room with a simple kitchenette and en-suite shower room. It is located a short walk from the centre of Ventnor with Ventnor beach and Steephill Cove both nearby. It has it's own private entrance with driveway parking directly outside allowing guests to come and go as they please. Other facilities include Wifi and an internet-only TV with Netflix and Prime. A small adjacent garden area is the ideal place to enjoy a drink whilst watching the world go by.

Situated overlooking Ventnor with uninterrupted views of the English Channel. A bright, airy, and fully equipped one bedroom apartment with a private entrance and a small balcony area. Watch the Sun and Moon rise over the sea, see the fishing boats and cruise ships sail by, and if you're really lucky, you might spot a pod of dolphins swim past. On a dark night, you can see the Milky Way light up the sky. 20 minutes stroll to Ventnor beach and High Street with its independent and artisan shops.

The Bolthole is a beautiful, cosy self catering annexe, located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. A well behaved dog is welcome (Supplementary fees apply) Situated on the Squirrel Trail/Cycle path. Ideal for walkers/cyclists or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Private secure south facing garden with BBQ, patio area and outdoor seating area. Free parking. Free WiFi. A 10 minute walk to the famous Shanklin Old Village and the chine and a further 10 minutes to the beach.

Pebble Beach Hideaway, minutes from Seafront
Pebble Beach, is a self contained chalet with king size bed and spacious shower room. Includes a fridge with water, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, WiFi, TV, iron, towels, and toiletries, microwave, toaster, plates etc. Outside rack for two bicycles, with a cover. Free off road parking right outside. Breakfast is not included, but there are local cafes, perfect for breakfast and a local pub that serves food daily, takeaways. Nicely tucked away by Gurnard Seafront.

The Guest Pad. Self contained in Ryde
Guest pad over 2 floors with separate entrance off of main hallway. Ground floor is lovely room with underfloor heating,fully equipped kitchen, sofa, dining table and chairs, piano and wall mounted tv. Upstairs is a beautiful king size bedroom that can be split to single beds if required and separate bathroom with walk-in shower. We are a short walk(10-15mins)from passenger ferry, hovercraft and beach and town centre which has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.

Emma’s Hut. Close to ferry. Own space
Emma’s Hut is a light and airy self contained bedroom with ensuite shower room and separate area with catering facilities. We are only 20 minutes drive from the Needles and even closer to Freshwater Bay and minutes from the Coastal Path. The historic town of Yarmouth has a great choice of places to eat, a Grade 2 listed pier a castle and fabulous views across the Solent. The ferry comes into Yarmouth from Lymington and is a short walk up the hill to our home.

Perfect peace and child-friendly too.....
Queensbower Cottage stable is newly converted with 2 ensuite bedrooms, one double and one twin. A double sofa bed is also available for use in the lounge with a downstairs shower room and toilet. A cot bed is also available on request. We are situated in an area of outstanding beauty, alongside a bridle path with no passing traffic. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the downstairs of the stable. Our garden is large, child-friendly and surrounded by fields.
