Holiday rentals with breakfast in Isle of Wight

Myself and my husband stayed at Jane's accommodation for 1 night in May and had a great stay. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and our room was lovely and very comfortable. We were welcomed warmly by Jane on our arrival and she showed us around and told us of all the nice places we could visit in the area and told us of all the good restaurants/ pubs we could find a nice meal at. We were invited to use the garden to sit in and have a coffee which was lovely as it was very peaceful and overlooked a field. Jane's place was easy to find and in a quiet area and only a 15 minute walk into Lymington town itself which was handy for an evening out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying there. Thank you Jane for a very pleasant stay 🙂

I had an amazing experience at Joanna's place. The house locates in a quiet residential area with stunning sea views. Walkable distance to bus stops, Ventnor beach, and the town centre. Plenty of to see and explore. The room looked exactly like the pictures - spacious, clean and cosy. Joanna had been an amazing host during my stay and really made me feel like home. There was a very friendly cute cat in the house as well which was a great plus! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Ventnor.

Rachel and Jay were really lovely hosts. They made me feel at home straight away and were really helpful, giving me recommendations for what to do on the island. The room was lovely and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I hired a bike and cycled around the island, which was lovely and the shop was super close to Rachel and Jay's house. I am definitely going to return 😊

Lovely lemon cottage! It was perfect location and the cottage was nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Trudi was very welcoming and gave good instructions. It was easy to find the place and I had a very pleasant stay there. She had a nice breakfast spread as well that I could help myself to. Overall very happy with my stay.

Chris was a one of a kind host! From her incredible breakfast spread each morning (croissants, cereal, blueberries, toast, tea, coffee, you name it) to the super clean, cozy, and comfortable bedrooms, we really couldn't have asked for a better stay. It was so lovely waking up to the sunlight and greenery that surrounds her home, lending us the rest and relaxation we sought away from London. Thank you Chris for your wonderful hospitality!

Simon and Nick were great hosts, super friendly and very helpful, we had fantastic time and love the place dearly, it’s been a wonderful experience especially for my kids which enjoyed the freedom of the super spacious surrounding.

I had a last minute change of plans and decided to come and stay in Lymington, a lovely town I've visited previously. I'm really glad for the change of plans! Lesley was so friendly, easy to communicate through message and a pleasure to talk to in person. She keeps a clean, welcoming and comfortable home. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and I was able to use the conservatory for a couple of video work meetings whilst Lesley was at work herself. The continental breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed it both mornings. Thank you Lesley, if I am down in Lymington again then it would be lovely to stay once more.

A comfy studio with everything we needed for our short break. A good location to explore Poole and the surrounding areas. The nearby Secret Garden path was a peaceful place to walk the dogs first thing, plus it was also a good way to get to Poole Park. The homemade jam with the cream tea was a highlight! Barrie was great at communicating too.

We had a great stay at Pam's place! It was comfortable, spotlessly clean, in a great location for exploring the local area and very private. The enclosed garden was great - especially as we were travelling with our two dogs - and the welcome pack was indeed very welcome. There was so much to see and do nearby, we struggled to fit it all in on this visit so we'll have to come back! Thank you for having us, Pam :)

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment right by the sea and a pleasant 40 minute walk to the historic dockyard. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a short stay for two people, with plenty of pubs and places to eat to choose from in the nearby area, we would definitely stay there again!

I was really please to be able to book Alf's B&B at short notice. Having stayed there before, I knew what to expect and I wasn't disappointed. The location is great for both the beach and town, and Bognor is a good place to uses as a hub for visiting the local attractions. I would highly recommend Alf to anyone wishing to stay in Bognor and I look forward hopefully, to staying there again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

Honestly we have thoroughly enjoyed the holiday let. Beth was very helpful and welcoming when we had some questions and there were lots of kind extras in terms of foods and drinks, wel equipped kitchen etc. We feel spoiled (in a good way). Thank you so much Beth. We loved it. 🩵🙏🏻

Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation within a short walk of the beach, with the added advantage of off road parking. Brian was very friendly and full of helpful suggestions about the local area.

Un véritable manoir anglais, ancien presbytère, à la décoration digne de l'époque Victorienne... Et une vue magique sur les bateaux sur l'eau. On se croirait dans Orgueil et Préjugés : chaque objet et pièce est d'une décoration choisie et le jardin foisonne de plantes et arbres. J'ai été accueillie comme en famille par June, qui a ponctué mon séjour de charmantes attentions. Un petit déjeuner digne de Downton Abbey, sur vaisselle d'Angleterre et face au jardin en fleurs m'a même été préparé... Tout est à disposition dans les chambres et même davantage : mini frigo rempli par l'hôte avec attention, gâteaux, thé/café, chaussons, serviettes... J'ai été choyée comme à la maison. Merci encore pour ce séjour féerique !

We had a fabulous time at this accommodation. The comms were great and the room was perfect for our needs. The host was superb and gave us loads of info about the local area and the island in general. Nothing was too much trouble. The room also has lots of extras and has really been thought about from a guest perspective. The bed is one of the comfiest we have stayed in. Go to the IOW and have a wonderfully relaxing time as we did.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at 150. B&Bs don't come any better than this, with an extremely comfortable and clean room, and a really tasty breakfast with good choices. 150 is well located on the bus route and a short walk from central Cowes and the ferry. Paula is an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning.

Great attention to detail - everything you need in a well presented room and spacious bathroom. Great information pack and lovely host. Pleasant location near to a park, very close to the station and a 10-15 min walk to the sea.

The place is absolutely beautiful. A very very well run B&B. Everything’s laid out/explained, easy-to-read instructions for different things (wifi, local transport, small on-site bar & snack boxs etc). The breakfast is fantastic, rooms are incredibly clean (& modern) and overall a very well run establishment.

Most importantly - super friendly, felt very welcome and had some great conversations while staying. Incredibly responsive via message and clear instructions on getting in. Superb location - all the buses run through Newport and the place is about a 7-11 minute walk to the bus station meaning it’s easy to get back if you’ve wandered to another part of the island. Breakfast was a lovely offering and the dog was super cute!
