This place was amazing!!! Great location, easy access, beautiful view, close to the Acropolis with a great view from the rooftop bar! The entire stay was amazing. The apartment is very spacious and modern with everything you need! Do not hesitate to book!

very nice apartment well designed and equipped with latest technology. clean with lots of essentials. gym wasn't equipped though and stairs smells like insecticide is used often. parking is difficult here.

This was an excellent place to stay for a first trip to Athens! Cool neighborhood with bars and restaurants - but quiet enough to sleep. ~15 min walk to the metro that goes to the acropolis (though you could also walk there) or ~25 minute walk to the metro line that goes to the airport and the port to the ferry. All my messages to the host were responded to very quickly.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything for a comfortable stay. We stayed in Athens for 1 week and stayed with Giorgos. The apartment was modern and very well furnished. Excellent kitchen equipment, everything clean and modern. Great bathroom and also very modern. Giorgos had also provided a few welcome surprises for the first day. The communication was exemplary and I can only recommend the apartment. Cafes and restaurants nearby. The same applies to shopping opportunities. In the whole 5 star PLUS. Clear recommendation and we would always book the apartment again.

Staying at Jenny's apartment was an absolute delight. From the moment we booked, Jenny was incredibly helpful and responsive, always on hand to answer our questions. It was so reassuring to know she was there. The apartment itself was simply lovely. It's brand new and beautifully furnished, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location on a quiet street was perfect for a peaceful getaway. And, I must say, the cleanliness was impeccable – a real treat. The terrace was a real highlight, just perfect for soaking up the Greek sunshine. We spent many happy hours out there :) The building's lobby is also rather grand, giving a real sense of arrival. It's a lovely touch, and made us feel very at home. Jenny's kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay exceptional. It was super nice here. We were warmly welcomed and communication went smoothly. The place is as pictured. You're a bit up the mountain, which is super nice because it's much quieter there. The city and the beach are within walking distance. We were very satisfied.

The apartment is in a very nice, quiet, safe and historical area of Athens. The main attractions are a 10-minute walk away, as well as a metro station with which you can easily get to other points of the city. The apartment itself is well equipped, located on the first floor, because it is a little damp. All the essentials are nearby.

This host is the most welcoming people of the Airbnb . They will go beyond to help you and feel safe in the area. They will respond to your questions quickly . They are the best host for me .

We had a great stay at the place. The large garden and the great views of the bay of Heraklion were amazing. The house itself was a little smaller than expected, especially with two almost adult children. The surfaces of the kitchen could have been cleaner and the dishwasher was unfortunately broken. These were the only criticisms. Jannis took care of us touchingly and contacted us again and again. The house is fantastically located at the end of a dead end and Google does not know the way there, but the directions from Jannis and Evi are perfect. A small tip: a car is mandatory! All in all it was a great holiday.

this is a great place for a longer stay. The view of the Arcopolis is amazing, the apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for those that want to cook. the location is quiet but close to a big selection of restaurants. Most of the ancient city sights and museums are walkable and if you want or need to take public transport the metro is not far away. Konstantinos was a great host. He met us when we arrived and took us through the apartment and was always responsive. He had a long list of great recommendations for places to go, things to do and restaurants to eat at.

What can I say the apartment was lovely and George our host was amazing! Our first night we were sent dinner and some Beers! A lovely welcome. Given the time of year, George kindly dressed the apartment for the Christmas festivities, which was well received by the whole family. In terms of accessibility you can’t beat it. Five minutes to the metro station which is a super efficient way to travel around Athens. We would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed! Thanks George and Happy New Year!!

Destination reached! Takis and Katarina have created something very special here. Like coming home to family. Magnificent views, responsive and very helpful hosts, great recommendations, a smiley face and home baked treats to come back to. What’s not to love about the place. Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

Wow! Where to begin with this review - this was probably the best Airbnb experience we have ever had overall, and we have stayed in a lot of airbnbs! Manos and Klelia made sure we had a fantastic experience in Chania , they are so friendly and very helpful with any questions we had, super responsive and they really went above and beyond; to the extent that when we arrived they gave us a home baked banana bread loaf and fresh home baked pastries from their shop!! As for the apartment, we stayed for one month and it was a home away from home. It is in a great location, 10 minute walk from a lovely beach and great restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and even had a little home gym outside which we used daily, it has a sheltered parking spot and a little private patio. 100/10!! Thank you Manos and Klelia for an unforgettable trip.

We had a really lovely time at Villa Kokkinos. The spacious layout offered plenty of room to spread out and relax, and the facilities were well-maintained, providing everything we needed. Play area was great for young children and a sports area for football and basketball kept the older ones entertained. The sunsets from the terrace were a definite highlight, offering a beautiful and peaceful way to end each day. The pool was cleaned every morning and the separate hot tub near the studio was a big bonus. The villa and studio were just as described in the listing and accompanying photographs. Our host was friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had what we needed. The delicious meals provided from a local restaurant on our first night were a nice touch, giving us a taste of the local cuisine. A small shingle and sand beach was a 5-10 minute walk away (with small children), which was a bonus not needing to travel by car. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxing getaway.

Great holiday in a lovely house and garden. There are hills in the area but I am 70 years old and could walk to town and back for a great meal in one of the many restaurants. Overall a lovely holiday
