Yannis was an incredible host and his place was perfect for myself and my friends. Yannis greeted us so warmly and gave us lots of recommendations. He was also there ready to assist us whenever we needed. The place is very close to lots of beautiful beaches and restaurants (although you will need a car!). We loved the area as it was nice and quiet compared to the main centre of Chania. Perfect if you want to unwind and stay at the beach with good food! The place and view was beautiful and we would definitely stay again!

Check in went very smoothly, Viktoria was very helpful, gave us amazing recommendations! The Airbnb is walking distance to the beach and the port (where all of the amazing restos are). I would 100% recommend to book this place for you next Milos trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Melina’s house. Apartment was very clean! Kitchen has all the equipment that you need. The balcony was very spacious with a see view and located on a quiet street where you can have a peaceful moment. We especially appreciated attention to detail, tasteful interior and overall ambiance of Melina’s house. The apartment is located close to the sea. There is a bus stop within 5 minutes reach and 15 minutes away from the city center. Antonios was very helpful printing schedule and explaining everything. We are especially grateful for the warmest hospitality and the most delicious raki in Chania <3 We rarely visit same place twice but surely now we will make an exception ;)

This is a home away from home. You felt like you were welcomed into their family. It was so calming from moment one, literally from the airport pick-up to the airport drop-off. Anything we needed they were helpful. They knew everyone on the island. So it felt like we didn't need to do anything but lift an arm to eat the delicious food and drink. Every restaurant and beach club was within walking distance. It also isn't far from town centre. Given the smaller size of the property too, you can tell that they are particular about who stays there, and put their guests experience as a top priority. Next time I am in Mykonos, there is literally no other place I will stay.

The property was well maintained & with a beautiful view. The host was very responsive and helped us out inspite of getting majorly delayed with our check-in, on account of the weather. We went in the offseason, so most restaurants were closed. Otherwise the location is close to the sunset point and quite central to the Caldera view. Overall a great stay at the property.

Beautifully bright and large room, well equipped and clean. The bathroom is a bit outdated but still fully functional. The entire complex is well maintained and parking is possible right next to the house on the property. The restaurants and shops or the beach are a maximum of 5 minutes' walk. The roof terrace invites you to relax, although it should be noted that the pool is only about 80 cm deep. The property is a good base for Preveli and Kourtaliotiko waterfall. Yiannis is a great host, helpful and flexible.

Lovely stay! Would highly recommend if you need a place near Rio. Really nice big balcony and garden out back too.

The terrasse of the apartment is just a few meters from the sea. We went swimming there each morning (in October still) and enjoyed the turqoise water a lot. Communication with both Popi and cleaning service was very friendly. The apartment is furnished rather basic but we had everything we needed.

A great villa, tastefully decorated, very well maintained, great breakfast. It's really very secluded with an amazing look out. The seclusion means not only tranquility, but also that almost nothing is within walking distance and you need appropriate travel time for every activity. We found this peace and charisma just right and very nice for a few days... Babis is very happy to support with tips. The food in the villa, which we noticed for a day, was also super delicious, rich and cheap. Overall, absolutely recommended!

Staying here has set my expectations of Cretan hospitality in my mind hereafter. I spent nearly two weeks here and I couldn't have asked for a better time in Crete. By the time we left, we had local businesspeople shouting our names down the street to say hello, there was always something to do in town or a new restaurant to try. Very close to beautiful upper Platanias, as well as the more touristy main strip and the beach. Very nice jumping off point to the western beaches like Falasarna or Elafonisos, Manousakis winery, Chania, and even did a long day to Knossos and back. Filled the time in between in the pool, which was very well kept, and never felt like we were crowding the place. We were allowed an early check-in after arriving on an early flight to Chania, and never struggled to find parking right next to the complex. I can not recommend this place highly enough and cannot put into words how hard it was to leave.

Excellent stay at Sophia's who warmly welcomed us. The studio is perfectly clean and functional with breathtaking sea views from the pleasant terrace. The beach is a 5-min walk and Chania is very easily accessible by bus.

We stayed at this sweet airbnb for a week. It’s the perfect location in Galatas, and you can get really easily to the Watertaxis to Poros. Our Room was perfect for two people, and we had such a wonderful view on Poros! Peggy and also her mother, we’re the kindest, and gave us great recommendations for our stay. Thank you for the wonderful time!!!

We were picked up from the bus stop in Kamisiana, it was a great welcome with coffee and cake, cozy accommodation, cold drinks in the fridge, raki and olive oil to welcome you, sufficient equipment for self-cooking. You are quickly rightly in the village and surroundings, it is very quiet and idyllic. We would like to thank Ms. Argyro and family for the pleasant stay and would be happy to come back.

Great stay, excellent value for money. Like all the other reviews say: Sophia is a great host, quick to respond, any issue resolved quickly as well. If you don't have a car, there are 2 minimarkets close by, and 2 large supermarkets within 15-20m walking distance. The beach is just down the road. What more do you need??
