A true hidden gem. We had a lovely stay in October. The temperature was ideal, not too hot not too cold. The terrain has two private beaches it felt very luxurious. Amazing view of the sun rise and sun set. We also enjoyed the garden with the friendly stray cats. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely come back!

I had a fantastic stay at Krassy’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, close to restaurants and coffee shops and the neighborhood was peaceful. Krassy was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and they even provided bottle of water and sodas. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Athens!

We had an amazing time. Everything was great we were picked up arranged through Bill and Helena which was excellent Niki (our driver) was full of information and so friendly . Let us in the apartment and showed us everything. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed . The area was lovely short walk to beach which I absolutely loved . Shops and restaurants nearby. Shower was lovely air conditioning great .Helena was so hopefully and managed to arrange a late check and arranged our journey back to airport. Again this was done brilliantly with lovely friendly (forgotten name sorry) lady who was great we chatted all the way. I felt so welcome and would definitely stay again . Thank you ❤️

Great house and great hosts!

Absolutely stunning view! We went outside of prime tourism season on purpose, and it was so beautiful and peaceful. We were met at the water taxi for help getting our luggage up to the house (thanks, Spiros!) and our host was very responsive and helpful with questions - and tons of great local recommendations! It is up about 50 stairs from the small harbor, so tough if anyone in your party has mobility issues. But the experience is absolutely worth it! Highly recommend.

The most unreal place I have ever stayed at! Right on the water in the most dreamy fisherman's village in Milos. Loved every moment! Our ferry got delayed and we didn't get to the Airbnb until midnight and the host stayed up to walk us to the door and help us get set up. They were so welcoming and kind!

10 out of 10. Everything was superlative. Ms Georgia is a wonderful host, we had very good and reliable communication. The location is top, directly on the beach. The sunrise you can see it right from the bed!!! I have no words to describe how nice it was, how much we loved it, I can confess that we charged our batteries. It was exactly what we were looking for for a few days of relaxation, quiet, friendly and kind people. The cottage is super clean, equipped with everything you need, very well taken care of. Even if it was low season, I can say that there are enough locations where you can eat, fresh fish, seafood, traditional Greek desserts, where you can have a specialty coffee. Lovely stay, in a lovely house with a wonderfully attentive and kind host. Really good position for touring Western Crete, a car is obviously a must but the drives to places are really spectacular ( most drives are just over the hour to the south and west coasts). We did stay in November which sees very quiet roads and deserted beaches - like most of the Greek Islands the shoulder months are the time to see them at their very best. We would love to come back in Spring.

We had the most wonderful stay here the proximity to the pebble Beach was a highlight and the bright lights of kalamata only 15 min by car. Maria was the perfect host.

We had such a wonderful time in Paros - so appreciative of our host. Would highly recommend anyone coming to the area staying in this beautiful home. You’re walkable to the town with easy access to beaches, great food, and all the roads taking you to the unique and stunning towns of Paros. Also not to mention we were greeted with a delicious cake and a bottle of wine. 10 stars!!

Absolutely loved this place! It has hands down been our favourite airbnb location to date! Would recommend it in a heart beat. So nice swimming in the ocean everyday right in front of the house. The rooftop was a lovely gear away from the tourists down stairs and made it feel so private. Loved waking up to this view.

My boyfriend and I visited during Christmas time(2024). She had filled the apartment with Christmas lights and decorations, which after a long day of traveling, immediately put us in the holiday spirit. She was very easy to communicate with and after learning of my boyfriends love of pizza she provided us with a personalized list of the best pizzas around town. There was also a booklet in the apartment with a rundown of the city(history, restaurants, sightseeing, etc) which is helpful to anyone visiting from another country. Would definitely come back to Chania as well as this apartment! Thank you Katerina!

If you like a local village feel with fantastic views this is for you. The apartment is on the first floor with balconies at the front and back. We enjoyed breakfast on the rear balcony accompanied by the friendly cats from downstairs. The location is a stones throw from a little beach that you can walk along to reach the small quay and fantastic restaurants.

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

Full worth of money

We were generally satisfied. Very pleasant communication with the hosts, unfortunately we did not meet them in person, but the co-host. And he showed us everything important in and around the apartment. Only downside, the apartment is on Riviera street and it was very noisy. If you don't want to close the windows and want to do without the air conditioning, then there will be restless nights. Everything else was great, bus, tram and beach as well as supermarkets are very close. The city center can be easily reached by bus and train. For a short city trip, this apartment and its owners are absolutely recommended.

We had Dimitris as our host and let me say, everything was perfect. We were delayed getting in by a day and he was always very responsive when we communicated our later check-in needs. When we finally arrived a day later he was quick to get us in our place but not before grabbing us a couple beers and a bottle of wine to start our 10 year anniversary trip. He also gave us excellent recommendations of local restaurants to start the trip off right. The place is exactly as described and then some. It is in the heart of the night life and all the beaches, but the location still quiet and peaceful. When enjoying the rooftop patio and hot tub, you would swear you were off in a secluded location. When inside the suite with the doors closed, you couldn’t even hear peep from anyone walking around on the beach front strip. Dimitris was always quick with answers to our questions and recommendations throughout our stay. Without a doubt we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
