A true hidden gem. We had a lovely stay in October. The temperature was ideal, not too hot not too cold. The terrain has two private beaches it felt very luxurious. Amazing view of the sun rise and sun set. We also enjoyed the garden with the friendly stray cats. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely come back!

I had a fantastic stay at Krassy’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, close to restaurants and coffee shops and the neighborhood was peaceful. Krassy was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and they even provided bottle of water and sodas. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Athens!

Lovely studio, has everything you need. Amazing location, right on the beach. Supermarket a few mins walk away as well as lots of restaurants. Fotis was a great host, very detailed messages, left nothing unanswered and had great recommendations.

Very cozy place to stay in the heart of the city. Accommodation is modern, everything necessary is available. Host is friendly and communicative. We will be happy to come back.

Lovely place and amazing host. Next to the city with a beautiful view. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The only little issue is the bad soundproofing of the house. The noises from the flat above can be disturbing if you are noise sensitive.

Absolutely stunning view! We went outside of prime tourism season on purpose, and it was so beautiful and peaceful. We were met at the water taxi for help getting our luggage up to the house (thanks, Spiros!) and our host was very responsive and helpful with questions - and tons of great local recommendations! It is up about 50 stairs from the small harbor, so tough if anyone in your party has mobility issues. But the experience is absolutely worth it! Highly recommend.

INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend staying here for your next visit in Crete. The home is immaculate. I love that every room has its own bathroom and shower. The view is so beautiful, every morning I would gasp. The owner is so kind, responsive and helpful. Loved eating at the restaurants below. Walking to town was beautiful and only about 20-30 minutes. 10 out of 10. Everything was superlative. Ms Georgia is a wonderful host, we had very good and reliable communication. The location is top, directly on the beach. The sunrise you can see it right from the bed!!! I have no words to describe how nice it was, how much we loved it, I can confess that we charged our batteries. It was exactly what we were looking for for a few days of relaxation, quiet, friendly and kind people. The cottage is super clean, equipped with everything you need, very well taken care of. Even if it was low season, I can say that there are enough locations where you can eat, fresh fish, seafood, traditional Greek desserts, where you can have a specialty coffee. Lovely stay, in a lovely house with a wonderfully attentive and kind host. Really good position for touring Western Crete, a car is obviously a must but the drives to places are really spectacular ( most drives are just over the hour to the south and west coasts). We did stay in November which sees very quiet roads and deserted beaches - like most of the Greek Islands the shoulder months are the time to see them at their very best. We would love to come back in Spring.

We had the most wonderful stay here the proximity to the pebble Beach was a highlight and the bright lights of kalamata only 15 min by car. Maria was the perfect host.

This studio has a far better verandah and view than the pictures show . It is a wonderful place to stay ! Great space cleverly designed to fit it all into a small space . Light bright and close to all of the port bars and restaurants . Parking close too . Book a small car for ease . Bed big and comfortable . Swimming at bottom of steps right below us was fabulous . Giannis is a great host , responsive and helpful . Amorgos our favorite island and this studio the best accomodation there .

If you like a local village feel with fantastic views this is for you. The apartment is on the first floor with balconies at the front and back. We enjoyed breakfast on the rear balcony accompanied by the friendly cats from downstairs. The location is a stones throw from a little beach that you can walk along to reach the small quay and fantastic restaurants.

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

We were generally satisfied. Very pleasant communication with the hosts, unfortunately we did not meet them in person, but the co-host. And he showed us everything important in and around the apartment. Only downside, the apartment is on Riviera street and it was very noisy. If you don't want to close the windows and want to do without the air conditioning, then there will be restless nights. Everything else was great, bus, tram and beach as well as supermarkets are very close. The city center can be easily reached by bus and train. For a short city trip, this apartment and its owners are absolutely recommended.

The apartment is optimal. You have a beautiful view of the sea, exactly as it is shown in the photos. Angelo and his mom were great hosts and responded immediately to questions. Everything was clean and in good condition. We definitely recommend the place.

I was indecisive when looking at the house but it was a house with a great view, close to everything. I'm glad we stayed here. Maria was also very interested. Thank you. We found parking but there is space early in the morning or late at night. It's a bit hard to find a place during the day.

Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.
