The studio and its large terrace offers panoramic view of the lake, the castle, the traditional settlement, the city and the mountains. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further is the lively pedestrian street of the old market.

The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.

You will find a queen size bed in the bedroom in the base floor and an attic like bedroom upstairs whith two smaller beds( Ideal for children and young couples because of the lower ceiling) The house is located in the most central street of historic city centre, q neighborhood fool of life!!!
