Holiday rentals with lake access in Greece

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer ist perfekt. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut in alle Richtungen los starten um die wunderschönen Strände zu erkunden. Die Wohnung bietet wirklich alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terasse bietet auch die Möglichkeit eine Sporteinheit durchzuführen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist eine Yoga Session am Morgen mit Meditation, dazu gibt es vor Ort auch Yogamatten. Die beiden Gastgeber sind absolut herzlich und wir wurden behandelt wie deren Kinder !!! Wir kommen wieder.

Μια μονοκατοικία πεντακάθαρη, σε ησυχο μέρος με ωραία αυλή. Βολεύει ιδιαίτερα για να δει κάποιος τα γυρω αξιοθέατα. Έχει οσα χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια για μια άνετη διαμονή.

We had a lovely week at Nancys place. The villa is beautiful and the views from all rooms and terrace are breathtaking. The host was very responsive and generous. The beds are comfortable and the villa is well equipped.

Nikos place is absolutely immaculate. It is very functional and has been renovated with attention to every detail. A beautiful spot in the Ioannina castle. Would highly recommend for a couple or small family if available.

Grazie Batilas family! Siamo stati benissimo a casa vostra, tutto era perfetto per le nostre esigenze, avendo 4 bambini. La casa è fornita di tutto quello che serve, pulita, con un bellissimo spazio esterno. Vicinissima alle spiagge della zona, comoda per raggiungere a piedi il villaggio accanto. Το σπίτι ήταν στον 2ο όροφο όπου ανεβαίνεις με σκάλες δεν υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας, εμάς αυτό δεν μας ενόχλησε όμως! Το σπίτι ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες ακριβώς! Τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες μύριζαν καθαριότητα και το αγαπημένο μου είχε καλοριφέρ για να ζεσταθείς το βράδυ! Έχει επίσης πολύ ωραίο μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με τραπέζι να καθίσεις έξω. Το μόνο που με ενόχλησε είναι ότι δεν υπήρχε καινούργιο σφουγγάρι κουζίνας. Παρόλα αυτά αν επισκεφτώ ξανά τα Ιωάννινα θα επιλέξω το ίδιο σπίτι το οποίο είναι μόλις 9 λεπτά με το αμάξι από το κέντρο!! Το συνιστώ!

Jon is a wonderful host. He was very responsive and helpful, even offering to take us to his kid's doctor when our toddler was not feeling well. Everything in the flat is as described. It's very quiet and peaceful and close to the sea with many playgrounds nearby for the kids. There are also a few cafes, restaurants and stores all within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need including a full kitchen. We found everything very clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig angefragt und waren dann auch noch zu früh... alles kein Problem für Rubije. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, in ihrer süßen Wohnung, aber auch in dem kleinen Ort. Klare Empfehlung!

logement moderne, parfait pour deux. lit très confortable, cuisine équipée ( nous avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le four électrique, un mode d'emploi serait utile aux voyageurs non dégourdi comme nous!). le village est très agréable, nombreux restaurants, plus ou moins bon marché (celui prêt de l'église étant simple bon et très bon marché) le chemin le long de la mer pour aller au village très proche est très très beau. le balcon et le vue sont sublimes, un point fort. mais en Avril, le balcon est a l'ombre sauf le début de matinée, peut-être est ce un avantage l'été mais le soleil nous a manqué. Un point négatif est la mauvaise isolation sonore du bâtiment et le bruit de la route très proche. Mais on l'oublie en contemplant la mer depuis l'appartement. je tiens a dire que notre hôte nous a fourni, via un échange par réseau social, beaucoup d'informations, cela a été apprécié.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θέα στη λίμνη και εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο και πολλά ενδιαφέροντα σημεία και την αγορά. Πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένος χώρος, τακτοποιημενος και καθαρός. Σωστή επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη.

I had a wonderful stay at Gerry's comfortable and stylish apartment! The place is excellent, with a perfect location—close to the beach and surrounded by different restaurants. Everything you need for a great vacation is right nearby. Gerry is very friendly and always ready to help, making the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

The is a family house, simple, pleasent and authentic. The natural surroundings are amazing. The silence is incredible. Meni and Andreas, the owners, are very nice people and we felt the love they invested in every detail. Thanks 🙏

La casa è davvero bellissima e mi aspettavo addirittura fosse più piccola (è invece un monolocale grande, con bagno grande); la posizione a sud (quindi ad agosto fa molto caldo rispetto ad altre zone) è comoda per alcune spiagge anche a piedi; in ogni caso con l'auto vai quasi ovunque in 20-30 minuti (le strade sono ottime a khytira). La casa come detto corrisponde alla descrizione ed è pulita e dotata di tutto quanto proposto e di tutto il necessario per un periodo di svago e relax. assolutamente consigliata, senza riserve alcune. torneremo sicuramente!

We really enjoyed our stay at Natura House. Very quiet and peaceful spot, with lovely views. The house was very nicely furnished inside, and the hosts had left some local gifts (honey, olives etc). It’s in a great location, near Elos which has a shop, bakery and tavernas, nice local walks, a good road down to Elafonissi beach, and many really excellent walks within an hour drive or less. Very highly recommended!

We had a great time in the property of Nikos. The conversation was always fast and easy. All of our questions has been answered. The apartment is huge for 4 people and the view is insane. We had the bigger pool area which is more expensive but worth it. The privacy, the pool etc. was really beautiful and for us a perfect start into our vacation and also something different than staying at the beach as most of the tourists do. Nikos allowed us to stay longer which was so kind from him, we met his lovely mother as well. So we really felt very welcome. Also there were some nice welcoming details like cold drinks. Everything was really new and clean. We highly recommend to stay here!

Socrates nagyon barátságos, segítőkész házigazda. Ajánlom a helyet azoknak, akik csöndes pihenésre vágynak és nem szeretik a nagy nyüzsgést és zsúfoltságot.

This was a very charming home that fit our group of 5 people perfectly. We were met by the hosts in person upon our arrival. They gave us a warm welcome and showed us the home. We were even given homemade spinach and feta pastries! A quick drive from the beach made this the perfect stop on our trip.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια! Σα στο σπίτι μας, υπέροχη ησυχία και γαλήνη, ακούς το ποτάμι, τα πουλιά και τον αέρα της εξοχής, με μια πανέμορφη αυλή! θα ήθελα πολύ να ξαναπάω!

Я с семьей отдыхала в доме Ника в начале октября. Мы в восторге от красивой атмосферы территории дома. Много зелени и места для отдыха. Вдали видно море и лагуна. Мы часто пользовались барбекю, готовили отличные ужины. В доме чисто красиво и есть все что нужно для комфортного проживания. Ник и его мама Ангелика чудесные, отзывчивые люди! Мама Ника подарила нам уникальное местное вино. Мы часто мило беседовали. Неподалеку находится пляж. Но все же рекомендую брать авто в аренду для свободного перемещения по острову. Если я вернусь на Корфу то непременно вернусь в этот дом.
