This beautiful house in the seaside resort village of Aghia Marina, located on the Athens Riviera (only 15 min away from the airport) is the single one in a 1,5 acre property. The property, planted with olive trees, and other water self-sufficient plants offers various places for relaxation under the shade. Moreover, the half basketball court (official size) equipped with lights gives the perfect setting for enjoying sports during days and evenings. The house itself underwent a full renovation in 2018. The rest of the property is dedicated to sports-lovers and kids of course.
