The apartment was perfect for sharing and very convenient. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The place is great, and the host is also very good, hes there for everything you might need.

This was an excellent place to stay for a first trip to Athens! Cool neighborhood with bars and restaurants - but quiet enough to sleep. ~15 min walk to the metro that goes to the acropolis (though you could also walk there) or ~25 minute walk to the metro line that goes to the airport and the port to the ferry. All my messages to the host were responded to very quickly.

We have nothing to complain about. it was all perfect. from checking in to checking out. a wonderful host who was always available and answered quickly. We would like to come again

My second time staying here. I cant speak highly enough of the hosts responsiveness. I lost the keys once and locked them inside totally my mistake and the host got there within 5 minutes literally. The view is the best I've ever seen location is great. but also definitely the most responsive friendly helpful host I have ever had any experience with. Thanks Alexandros!

Konstantinos is a fantastics host and his place is extremely cosy, well located in a nice, buzzy, safe area in the centre of Athens. The place feels very homely, it has all needed amenities and is located in a great area. There are so many shops, cafes, restaurants, literally just outside the building. It's located in walking distance from Athens' historical centre. The place has three working stations and great internet speed, making it ideal for people working remotely. Konstantinos was such a good host, always super communicative, thoughtful and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this place and Konstantinos as a host.

We had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb in Athens. The apartment was modern, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable during our visit. It had all the essentials, making it easy to settle in. The host was friendly and responsive, promptly answering any questions we had. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would recommend this place to others visiting Athens.

It was super nice here. We were warmly welcomed and communication went smoothly. The place is as shown in the pictures. You are a bit at the mountain up, which is super nice as it is much quieter there. You can walk to town and the beach. We were very satisfied.

The apartment is in a very nice, quiet, safe and historical area of Athens. The main attractions are a 10-minute walk away, as well as a metro station with which you can easily get to other points of the city. The apartment itself is well equipped, located on the first floor, because it is a little damp. All the essentials are nearby.

Smaragda is a good host

Both the apartment and the hosts were great. The apartment is right next to the intercity bus station this means that for those who travel by bus is the ideal area for their stay in the capital. Also the nearby Metro stop is just 5-7 minutes walk. The space is perfect for as many nights as you need and has a fully equipped kitchen. But the best part is its terrace since from the 6th floor you can enjoy the surrounding area up to the Acropolis. And because I have stayed in several apartments in Athens, I honestly tell you that it was one of the best. Recommended 100/100

I loved this stay for its privacy. The location was great for the metro and was 3 mins walk from the yoga studio. I spent 15 nights there and was really comfortable. Constantinos is responsive and extremely helpful.

Thank you for the wonderful time in this cute house. We enjoyed the quiet and private atmosphere. We especially liked the many places in the garden and the fantastic view of the sea. Check-in was completely problem-free and our hosts were always available. The kitchen is not that great. Dishes and cutlery were dirty and the dishwasher was broken. The beds are not optimal for tall people. All in all, however, a great airbnb.

The house has an *amazing* view and terrace to view it, so if that's the one and only thing to book this apartment, do it! Konstantinos/Polytimi is a great host and communicative, and made us feel really comfortable. He also provided us with fruits, juice, coffee and milk, which was really thoughtful. Location is perfect, with great food options in the Monastiraki area, the station is less than 10 minutes walk away.

What can I say the apartment was lovely and George our host was amazing! Our first night we were sent dinner and some Beers! A lovely welcome. Given the time of year, George kindly dressed the apartment for the Christmas festivities, which was well received by the whole family. In terms of accessibility you can’t beat it. Five minutes to the metro station which is a super efficient way to travel around Athens. We would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed! Thanks George and Happy New Year!!

Wow! Where to begin with this review - this was probably the best Airbnb experience we have ever had overall, and we have stayed in a lot of airbnbs! Manos and Klelia made sure we had a fantastic experience in Chania , they are so friendly and very helpful with any questions we had, super responsive and they really went above and beyond; to the extent that when we arrived they gave us a home baked banana bread loaf and fresh home baked pastries from their shop!! As for the apartment, we stayed for one month and it was a home away from home. It is in a great location, 10 minute walk from a lovely beach and great restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and even had a little home gym outside which we used daily, it has a sheltered parking spot and a little private patio. 100/10!! Thank you Manos and Klelia for an unforgettable trip.

We had a really lovely time at Villa Kokkinos. The spacious layout offered plenty of room to spread out and relax, and the facilities were well-maintained, providing everything we needed. Play area was great for young children and a sports area for football and basketball kept the older ones entertained. The sunsets from the terrace were a definite highlight, offering a beautiful and peaceful way to end each day. The pool was cleaned every morning and the separate hot tub near the studio was a big bonus. The villa and studio were just as described in the listing and accompanying photographs. Our host was friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had what we needed. The delicious meals provided from a local restaurant on our first night were a nice touch, giving us a taste of the local cuisine. A small shingle and sand beach was a 5-10 minute walk away (with small children), which was a bonus not needing to travel by car. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxing getaway.

Great holiday in a lovely house and garden. There are hills in the area but I am 70 years old and could walk to town and back for a great meal in one of the many restaurants. Overall a lovely holiday
