This place was amazing!!! Great location, easy access, beautiful view, close to the Acropolis with a great view from the rooftop bar! The entire stay was amazing. The apartment is very spacious and modern with everything you need! Do not hesitate to book!

Estancia acogedora y próxima a la Acrópolis, con facilidades tanto para la llegada como para desplazarse en coche a otros lugares fuera de Atenas. Vassilis se preocupó por resolver los problemas que tuvimos y fue muy amable con nosotros. Estamos muy agradecidos por su hospitalidad.

very nice apartment well designed and equipped with latest technology. clean with lots of essentials. gym wasn't equipped though and stairs smells like insecticide is used often. parking is difficult here.

This was an excellent place to stay for a first trip to Athens! Cool neighborhood with bars and restaurants - but quiet enough to sleep. ~15 min walk to the metro that goes to the acropolis (though you could also walk there) or ~25 minute walk to the metro line that goes to the airport and the port to the ferry. All my messages to the host were responded to very quickly.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything for a comfortable stay. Wir waren für 1 Woche in Athen und zu Gast bei Giorgos. Die Wohnung war modern und sehr gut eingerichtet. Hervorragende Küchenausstattung, alles sauber und modern. Tolles Bad und auch sehr modern. Giorgos hatte auch ein paar Begrüssungsüberraschungen für den ersten Tag zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation war beispielhaft und ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Cafe`s und Restaurants gleich in der Nähe. Gleiches gilt für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Gesamtheit 5 Sterne PLUS. Klare Empfehlung und wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

Staying at Jenny's apartment was an absolute delight. From the moment we booked, Jenny was incredibly helpful and responsive, always on hand to answer our questions. It was so reassuring to know she was there. The apartment itself was simply lovely. It's brand new and beautifully furnished, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location on a quiet street was perfect for a peaceful getaway. And, I must say, the cleanliness was impeccable – a real treat. The terrace was a real highlight, just perfect for soaking up the Greek sunshine. We spent many happy hours out there :) The building's lobby is also rather grand, giving a real sense of arrival. It's a lovely touch, and made us feel very at home. Jenny's kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay exceptional. We felt very well looked after, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious break. Thank you, Jenny :)

Es war super schön hier. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern. Man ist ein bisschen am Berg oben, was super schön ist, da es dort viel ruhiger ist. In die Stadt und zum Strand kommt man super zu Fuß. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren zu zweit in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Aufteilung und hatte für uns die perfekte Lage. Es ist schön modern eingerichtet und ich konnte auch problemlos noch einen Tag im Homeoffice dort verbringen. Vasiliki war stets erreichbar und hatte im Vorhinein schon tolle Tips für uns parat. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Οτι πρεπει για ζευγάρι. Εξαιρετικο decoration και φοβερο κλιμα. Πολυ γρηγορες απαντησεις απο τον κύριο Εμμανουηλ και πολυ φιλικος/ευγενικος. Το προτείνω ξεκάθαρα σε ολους!!

Апартаменты находятся в очень хорошем, тихом, безопасном и историческом районе Афин. До главных достопримечательностей пешком 10 минут, как и до станции метро с помощью которой можно легко добраться в другие точки города. Сама квартира неплохо оборудована, находится на первом этаже, потому немного сыроватая. Рядом есть все необходимое.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Der große Garten und die tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht von Heraklion waren der Hammer. Das Haus selber war ein wenig kleiner als erwartet, besonders mit zwei fast erwachsenen Kindern. Die Oberflächen der Küche hätten sauberer sein können und die Spülmaschine war leider defekt. Das waren auch schon die einzigen Kritikpunkte. Jannis hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert und immer wieder Kontakt aufgenommen. Das Haus liegt traumhaft am Ende einer Sackgasse und Google kennt den Weg dorthin nicht, aber die Wegbeschreibung von Jannis und Evi ist perfekt. Ein kleiner Tipp: ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich! Alles in allem war es ein grossartiger Urlaub.

this is a great place for a longer stay. The view of the Arcopolis is amazing, the apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for those that want to cook. the location is quiet but close to a big selection of restaurants. Most of the ancient city sights and museums are walkable and if you want or need to take public transport the metro is not far away. Konstantinos was a great host. He met us when we arrived and took us through the apartment and was always responsive. He had a long list of great recommendations for places to go, things to do and restaurants to eat at.

What can I say the apartment was lovely and George our host was amazing! Our first night we were sent dinner and some Beers! A lovely welcome. Given the time of year, George kindly dressed the apartment for the Christmas festivities, which was well received by the whole family. In terms of accessibility you can’t beat it. Five minutes to the metro station which is a super efficient way to travel around Athens. We would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed! Thanks George and Happy New Year!!

Destination reached! Takis and Katarina have created something very special here. Like coming home to family. Magnificent views, responsive and very helpful hosts, great recommendations, a smiley face and home baked treats to come back to. What’s not to love about the place. Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

Από την αρχή της διαμονής μας, οι ιδιοκτήτες μας υποδέχθηκαν με θερμή φιλοξενία και φιλικότητα. Εκτός από το γεγονός ότι ήταν πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Είναι, επίσης, ιδιοκτήτες ενός τοπικού καταστήματος με παραδοσιακά καλούδια, και μας πρόσφεραν τα πιο νόστιμα καλτσούνια που έχουμε δοκιμάσει ποτέ – μια πραγματική γευστική εμπειρία! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο, ενώ η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδανική: βρισκόταν σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, αλλά μόλις 8 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το όμορφο παλιό λιμάνι. Επιπλέον, ήταν εξαιρετικά pet-friendly, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα, καθώς οι ιδιοκτήτες φροντίζουν με αγάπη μερικές γάτες στην αυλή τους. Γενικά, ήταν μια υπέροχη διαμονή με εξαιρετικούς ανθρώπους, και σίγουρα θα το προτείνουμε σε οποιονδήποτε θέλει να απολαύσει την πραγματική κρητική φιλοξενία!

We had a really lovely time at Villa Kokkinos. The spacious layout offered plenty of room to spread out and relax, and the facilities were well-maintained, providing everything we needed. Play area was great for young children and a sports area for football and basketball kept the older ones entertained. The sunsets from the terrace were a definite highlight, offering a beautiful and peaceful way to end each day. The pool was cleaned every morning and the separate hot tub near the studio was a big bonus. The villa and studio were just as described in the listing and accompanying photographs. Our host was friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had what we needed. The delicious meals provided from a local restaurant on our first night were a nice touch, giving us a taste of the local cuisine. A small shingle and sand beach was a 5-10 minute walk away (with small children), which was a bonus not needing to travel by car. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxing getaway.

Dank dieser Unterkunft wurde unser Urlaub zu einem traumhaften Erlebnis. Schon mit dem Betreten der Wohnung überrumpelte uns das Gefühl von Zuhause, nicht nur weil vieles schon vorher vorhanden war und auch im sehr guten Zustand, sondern auch weil die komplette Einrichtung sehr stilvoll und gemütlich war. Neben dem war auch die Kommunikation sehr schnell, professionell und unkompliziert, sodass jedes noch so kleine Problem schnell eine Lösung fand. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und werden die Unterkunft allen Freunden empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche im deinem Superapartment!!!
