The house offers space for a large family, has an open fireplace, 3 terraces, 2 balconies and a spacious garden. It is lovingly decorated, even with stairlift. In 15 minutes you can reach Innsbruck city centre by car or bus and in a few minutes the Patscherkofel ski resort.

My grandparents built and operated this house as a small guesthouse. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live.
