Many main attractions (the old town, Golden Roof, theatre, Congress, christmas market, cable car to the mountain, supermarkets, bars and restaurants) are in 5 minute walking-distance. A big shopping mall (Kaufhaus Tyrol) and the railway station are a 10 minute walk. No need for a car but parking garage under the house max 15€/24h

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2-room basement apartment (eat-in kitchen with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

From the bedrooms you can look over a river, through trees to the imposing mountains of the Northern Range. The kitchen and living room are south-facing and very sunny. In the immediate vicinity is a beautiful park. Within walking distance are: 5 minutes / large shopping center 10 minutes / main train station 15 min / historic old town

You'll love my place because of the location and surroundings. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.
