The 150-square-metre apartment is located in Innsbruck-Wilten. It has Two large bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with tub, a separate toilet, a large entrance area, a loggia, and storage rooms. Due to its size and layout, the apartment is suitable for up to five people. I would like to point out that, due to the age of the building, the parquet floors creak.

This special and quiet accommodation is located in one of the oldest parts of Innsbruck, just 10 minutes from the old town and 5 minutes from nature. As part of the Innsbruck tourist region, we can provide you with the Welcome Cards. Relax on the private terrace, in the cozy living room or enjoy the view of the sky from bed. The apartment has a 160 cm double bed and a 140 cm bed on a plateau (not suitable for small children).

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)
