Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

La maison se situe dans un quartier très calme , à quelques pas de l'océan. (500m) Elle est orientée sud , sud-ouest, avec une terrasse sans vis à vis, le jardin donne sur le vignoble. Le stationnement est gratuit et les pistes cyclables sont à proximité . Idéale pour 4 personnes, je propose toutefois d'accueillir 5 personnes , avec soit un couchage supplémentaire pour bébé ( lit parapluie) , soit un couchage supplémentaire dans le séjour . Le ménage de départ est inclus dans le prix .

The house will seduce you with its calm, its location close to the center of the village and close to the best beaches of Ré. The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms upstairs. A large bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.

Less than 100 m from Peuragot Beach, in the typical village of La Couarde and quiet in a non-passing alley, our house, with Rheatian charm, is the perfect setting for unforgettable moments with family or friends. Its heated pool (from April to October) and relaxation areas, large living room and carefully decorated rooms will seduce you without hesitation. Most of the objects have been collected by us, and give an absolute charm to our pretty "friends' house".

You can park 2 cars in the yard. Bed linen and towels are provided for a week's booking. Full of charm with its thick walls, this house is perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends.

Softness, warm light, the decor is neat. Each object has been chosen to live in a simple and pleasant way: current comfort with antique objects. Our refuge overlooks the beautiful Place de la République and a private, classified and bucolic courtyard. Welcome!

Just 80 metres from the beach, Villa of 350M2 with 6 Suites, in a quiet location, with heated swimming pool and beautiful garden not overlooked, enclosed garden in Sainte-Marie de Ré-Les Grenettes. Sleeps 12 to 14. All our villas on Sea and Mountain Pleasure We rent the villa for 12 people, with indoor and outdoor tables for 12 guests. However, we have 14 beds and we can rent the villa for 14 people if there are small children.
