We're right next to the train station (La Rochelle center can be reached in 7 minutes on the ter), the beach and the Chatelaillon park with its miniature golf course and extensive children's play areas. Located in a seaside village in the heart of Ile de Ré, our pretty house will welcome you for an unforgettable stay. The house will seduce you with its calm, its location close to the center of the village and close to the best beaches of Ré. The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms upstairs. A large bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.

Maison Coquillette, in the heart of Saint Martin

The house "Coquillette" is located in the heart of the commune of Saint Martin, a short walk from its port, its market and restaurants, and its shopping streets. You will discover as you venture into rue Mérindot, a flowery street with typical Rétais charm. Former restaurant "Le pot de Vinière" until 1955 the house became family since that date. Owners, eager to retain the outdated charm of this authentic home was completely renovated in 2021

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Welcome to Les Écuries du Château, a charming house renovated with passion in 2021, combining the traditional character of its architecture with contemporary amenities. This bright residence truly embodies the warm atmosphere of La Rochelle, offering a peaceful refuge for families and friends looking for serenity. New for 2025: the house is now fully air-conditioned, to ensure optimal comfort in all seasons.

Cottage located a 5-min walk to all shops and the beach. On a quiet street with easy parking available. The cottage includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with a 140 bed for two people (possibility of accommodating a toddler), terrace with small outdoor lounge and with a table and two garden chairs. PLEASE NOTE: There is no Wi-Fi in the house.

Come and taste our seafood in the oyster huts (100meters away) and enjoy the proximity of the island's emblematic villages and ports: La Flotte & St Martin de Ré. This 30m2 apartment also has private parking.

My place is close to the sea, family-friendly activities, nightlife, medieval market, harbor, bike path, public transport (bus 100 m) and airport (13 km). You'll love my place because of the location, the people, and the ambiance. My place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and four-legged friends.

The Winemaker's House

Stay in our charming old winegrower's house that has retained all its soul. This house is in two parts and you will stay in a totally independent part with the exception of a shared veranda. You will have a separate independent entrance with access through the alley.
