Our accommodation (40 m2) is perfect for a couple or couple with young child (2 years max). It consists of a bedroom and a living room with fitted kitchen, washing machine, sofa, enclosed terrace, not overlooked. I provide linens and towels.

Rest in this very quiet neighborhood.

We are 5 minutes from the great beaches of Oléron and have nearby on Le Château: a small pleasant beach at high tide, as well as a supervised body of water. In the city center, there are also children's play areas and a skate park, as well as a performance hall, a port and artists' huts...

I offer my T1 apartment, located on the ground floor of my house. You have at your disposal a living room/kitchen area (fully equipped). En "board" de dune is a guest houses complex ine the middle of pine trees containing the owner's house and 2 other guest houses. We are at walking distance from the beach (400m). You can relax and enjoy the pine trees fragrance ! In July (except for the first week of the month) and in August (except last week), booking is by the week only. From April to October : 2 night minimum From November to April : no minimum
