The accommodation was simply the best! The photos are beautiful, but once you're there it's even better. There is all the necessary equipment to have a good stay and the bedding is very comfortable. The person taking care of the accommodation is very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for the stay.

A fantastic property with plenty of room to be comfortable and relax fully. The outdoor space is fantastic for groups and provides both daytime and evening capacity. The inside of the house is nicely turned out and offers plenty of room for even larger groups; kid-friendly too. The only frustration with the property was the outdoor shower by the pool, which didn't work properly. However, as we had one of the bedrooms spare (which was by the pool), we could get the kids washed off there instead. The local area is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful; enough amenities to be self-sufficient in the house, as well as enough restaurants and evening venues nearby if you want to venture out. Overall, a wonderful place and a wonderful property - merci beaucoup Joulia!!

The house perfectly reflects the description and Jeanne is really a caring person giving advices and sharing also her knowledge and tips ans tricks about the regions. The house was super clean. The house is perfectly located, 3 minutes walk from the daily market with local producers and from The haven and the restaurants. The street is super quiet as only accessible to people living in the street. Ars en Ré was for us the best town as it combines the small shops, some restaurants, the daily market and you can reach the other towns easily by bike. We had a great week in Jeanne’s house.

Beautiful house that met our expectations perfectly or even more, neat decoration, modern, suitable amenities. We were 3 couples and two cars that we were able to park on the grounds, it was perfect. Close to the sea, shops... And without forgetting a thought for our hosts, who were very responsive, very attentive. Super nice stay in a house where we felt good.

Great stay at Clément and Caroline's house. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Several outbuildings provide privacy, the pool and garden are beautiful. The house is in a small hamlet 10 min by bike from the Cotiniere, which works very well! The only downside is the neighbors are close by. Communication with hosts was very easy and pleasant, check-in and check-out was flexible. We loved these 3 days, we recommend eyes closed.

Kasia and Anthony's house was perfect for our weekend with friends. The land is huge, well maintained. The pool and terrace are very nice. And the rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding. The house in its looks is really tastefully decorated and we would have stayed a little longer! We had a lovely stay with family in this villa, welcoming with its refined decoration, beautiful garden and beautiful size swimming pool. The plancha and the sheltered terrace are ideal for summer meals.

Very nice house, very clean with quality amenities. Quiet place. We encountered a small problem with the pool and Thibaut was very responsive in trying to resolve the problem remotely , even if the problem was not completely resolved, but we were able to enjoy it and have a good holiday.

We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. Very pleasant stay in a functional and well-equipped house. The location close to the port of La Flotte is ideal. The veranda and pool provide real extra comfort. We would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful house and very well-equipped. The pool is large and the summer kitchen is very nice. We were 2 families with kids and we didn't feel cramped. The pool was malfunctioning but the owner was responsive unlike the concierge. We recommend eyes closed.

Nice swimming pool with plenty of space to find a sunny or shade spot. Repeatable! In addition, it is good to communicate with Corinne and respond quickly. So top house!

Very nice family stay with good weather, everyone enjoyed the safe pool for children, very clean rental with three bathrooms with shower, so no waste of time waiting for everyone. Marie-Noelle is a very warm and welcoming person. I recommend the rental, because it's very quiet and close to shops.

We stayed in a group of 8 for a week in winter in this very spacious and comfortable place. The reality is even more beautiful than the photos. The house is nestled on the edge of the forest, you can walk through it to access a very beautiful sandy beach. The vast outdoor space is certainly very pleasant in summer. We had a really nice stay. The house is very spacious and very tastefully furnished. Everything is very well maintained and in top condition. Everything is available for the stay in the house and we were very happy about the welcome gift. 🫶🏻 The pool is quite small but sufficient for refreshing and our children had a lot of fun splashing. For excursions, especially to the beach, you should bring everything you need, as there are no parasols or beach towels. Bicycles can easily be rented in the village to explore the island.
