Monthly Rentals in Iberian Peninsula

This place was perfect for our 5-day stay in Madrid. The space was very very clean and everything felt new and updated. The space had a hotel vibe but also very homey. The kitchen was stocked with the basic necessities and updated appliances. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. I prefer firmer pillows so that would be the only minor, critique I'd have but that is also just a personal preference. Location wise, it was perfect. It was about a 15-minute walk to the city center and a 10 minute walk to the Royal Palace (which I'd recommend visiting). While it's not directly in the city center, we appreciated the distance as it was quiet and safe. There were also a couple of local coffee shops around the corner - we recommend Syra coffee. One thing to note- the street view on google maps is not up to date so don't worry about that. The building is remolded and felt new/fresh. Overall great stay, felt safe, and comfortable!

We had an excellent stay at Vero and Yifach’s place. In the middle of the best of the best of La Latína. Yet quiet apartment in the back part of a building. Easy to walk to many other areas of town. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We had a great stay. Gema and Almudena were always very friendly to us. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe! Our only downside was the internet, since we were a month and had faults almost every day, which made us difficult when it came to work. Even so, we highly recommend the place!
