Unwind in the private jacuzzi, or chill out on the leafy, tropical roof terrace. The moment that we stepped through the old wooden door of this house we fell in love! 'La Verdecita' is approximately 500 years old and has very peaceful and calm atmosphere as well as classic structure and proportions. Wide, solid 'muros' and a central patio are typical of the homes built in this barrio during the Middle Ages. GROUND FLOOR Open plan living space. Central patio dining area. Large sitting room / tv room with wood burning stove. Fully equipped kitchen. Rest room / toilet. Bedroom 'Susana' with double bed (135cm x 190cm) and en suite shower room. Private patio with wooden hot tub / jacuzzi. FIRST FLOOR Principal bedroom 'Reyes', king size bed (150cm x 200cm) with en suite bathroom. Double bedroom 'Maria' with king size bed (150cm x 200cm) and en suite shower room. Double bedroom 'Rocio' with king size bed (150cm x 200cm). Double bedroom 'Esperanza' with two single beds (90cm x 200cm). Double shower room. ROOF TERRACE Chill out area Bar, fridge and dishwasher. Outside shower. The house has full air con / heating and wifi through out. We have spent the past year working on the restoration of the building. We have tried to respect the heritage and conserve the soul of this historic and unique house. We have sourced appropriate materials, commissioned furniture and put our heart and soul into creating a comfortable home from home. We have searched for special pieces of furniture, mixing antique and modern pieces. There are comfy beds, crispy cotton sheets and plenty of fluffy towels. La Verdecita is perfectly appointed and positioned to discover and explore all the magic that Seville had to offer with your friends and family. The ground floor is centred around the patio which creates a light, airy and generous space. There is a huge dining table, perfect for a large dinner or a slow and lazy breakfast. The sitting room is comfortable and spacious with enough sofa space for everyone to relax. There is also a smart TV, a DVD player and a wood burning stove. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an extra large Smeg oven, a dishwasher and everything you need to cook a big celebratory meal. There is a utility area with washing machine. The 'Susana' double bedroom is just off the covered courtyard. This cool and comfortable room has the original high wooden, beamed ceilings as well as tiled and panelled walls. There is a double bed with an en suite shower room. The private downstairs patio houses the wooden hot tub / jacuzzi. There is also a handy, separate toilet. Stairs leading to the first floor. The first floor has four bedrooms. 'Reyes'. The principal bedroom, king size bed (150cm x 200cm) with en suite bathroom (copper bath tub, hand held shower, toilet, basin, bidet). This bedroom has a huge, ancient antique door as a headboard and two floor to ceiling windows leading onto juliet balconies that look onto Calle Verde. Original double doors lead through to the spacious bathroom with an exposed brick wall, soft lighting and a deep, luxurious copper bath tub. The 'Maria' bedroom with king size bed (150cm x 200cm) and en suite shower room (shower, toilet, basin, bidet). This airy bedroom has a high ceiling and original wooden beams. Both the bedroom and adjoining shower room are decorated with handmade tiles in soft, subtle colours. It is a particularly quiet and peaceful room with a window overlooking the inner courtyard. The 'Esperanza' bedroom, two single beds (90cm x 200cm). This cosy and welcoming room has antique shutters on the wall, and a floor to ceiling double window leading to a balcony with a view over Calle Verde. The 'Rocio' bedroom, king size bed (150m x 200cm). This calm, lovely and simple room has original exposed bricks, ceiling and beams as well as a very beautiful armoire! The shared shower room. A huge walk in double shower with two generous brass showers. Toilet, bidet and basin. Stairs leading to the roof terrace. The roof terrace is great for relaxing. There is ample seating, a shaded area, an out door shower and a little bar area with a sink, fridge and dishwasher, perfect for preparing refreshments! Come and fall in love with Seville! (VFT/SE/02697) The entire house is yours to enjoy! Although I am not in Sevilla full time I am always easy to reach by phone / text or email. I work with my good friends and family - if I am not able to meet you in person then one of them will! The house is located on one of the prettiest and most evocative streets in La Juderia. Covered with scented jasmine, Calle Verde is a short stroll from tapas bars and La Carboneria for flamenco, and just moments from La Giralda and The Real Alcazar. You won't need public transport! The house is super-central and everything is easily accesible on foot. If you do need a bus there is a stop a five minute walk away. One of the main bus stations is a ten minute walk. There is a taxi rank two minutes away.

Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. The 13th century original wall of Lisbon the “Muralha Fernandina” is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms. Patio São Vicente is tucked away in the corner of the Telheiro do Sao Vicente square in a private Patio. The cottages of “Patio São Vicente” have been completely restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. The buildings are of historic importance. The 13th century original wall of Lisbon the “Muralha Fernandina” is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms. The corner turret is visible from the courtyard and can be accessed by the garden of one the apartments. You can sit in the quiet, shady patio at your own table, the perfect work or rest space after a long day’s sightseeing. The patio is a natural space for groups, friends or extended families to gather and enjoy time together, while still having the privacy of their own houses. “Casinha A" is divided over 2 floors, the ground floor with a full open kitchen, dining area, wood panelled living room with large sofa-bed and a spacious light filled bathroom with a large cement bath-tub. Positioned in front of the majestic tenth century Mosteiro do Sao Vicente de Fora, next to the pantheon, Alfama and the infamous “Feira da Ladra” the twice weekly fair of the thieves makes São Vicente one of the most vibrant and busy meeting places in Lisbon. A 5 minute walk to Graca will also bring you to the two miradouros where you can have the best view of whole of Lisbon. The 28 tram is steps away. This historical neighborhood of Lisbon is well suited for exploring by foot. Like most old parts of historical cities, access to the patio can be difficult for those with mobility issues. To get to the "secret" patio you need to walk up a steep ramp but the view of the church and river is worth it!

Son grand plus: un joli jardin privatif, arboré et fleuri où une grande table vous permettra de prendre vos repas à l'ombre du figuier ou de la tonnelle... La maison est très ensoleillée car idéalement exposée. Entièrement refaite à neuf, sur 150m carrés, et appartenant à un couple de collectionneurs, elle séduira les amateurs d'art et de design, les meubles sont des pièces originales d'architectes et de décorateurs du XXeme siècle et des oeuvres d'art contemporain, photographies, peintures, ornent les murs. Le quartier est calme et sûr et vous êtes à proximité de tous commerces et sites touristiques... C'est un quartier vivant, boulangeries (3), alimentations (+), commerces, bars, terrasses, restaurants (++)... excellents!, avec un des plus beau marché de Provence juste à coté tous les samedis! Tout se visite à pied au départ de la maison ! La Roquette est véritablement "the place to be" à Arles !!! Le rez-de chaussée: Entrée, séjour, salle à manger donnant sur jardin et grande cuisine parfaitement équipée (piano, lave-vaisselle, cave à vins, réfrigérateur-congélateur etc). En hiver un poële à bois permet de faire une bonne flambée dans le coin salon. Le premier étage: une bibliothèque avec bureau (conn. internet dans toute la maison), 1 salle de bain avec douche italienne et 2 chambres agréables dont une avec balcon-terrasse sur jardin cote soleil levant. Au second: un espace télé ( n chaines...), 1 salle de bain avec grande baignoire et 2 belles chambres spacieuses. Nous avons choisi de conserver les sols anciens en état d usage. Comme nous nous engageons en faveur du développement durable, nos chambres sont équipées de lits à lattes, de matelas, oreillers et coussins conçus à partir de composants naturels et renouvelables en bambou, soja, laine lin et en latex naturel (sève d'hévéa), et tout le linge de lit et de toilette est en coton bio. Les peintures sont à l'eau et l'entretien est réalisé dans la mesure du possible avec du savon noir, de la pierre blanche, du vinaigre blanc de la cire d abeille, afin de respecter notre environnement. Enfin: de nombreux et vastes parkings (1€/h or 10€/full day) sont à 100 m de la maison. Retrouvez toute l'âme arlésienne à la Roquette, un quartier populaire et vivant en journée, mais très calme le soir. En quelque minutes à pied, vous pourrez rejoindre la place du Forum et les différents musées, ainsi que les arènes et l'amphithéâtre. La maison est accessible en voiture, comme il n'y a pas beaucoup de trafic vous pourrez déposer vos bagages tranquillement puis vous garer non loin car de vastes parkings publics sont situés à 70m de là...
