Holiday rentals with a beach view in Iberian Peninsula

We had an amazing time in Rafa and Carmen’s place. We had the warmest welcome and all things for our little girl were in place. The kitchen and everything you need to cook a nice meal is there which I think is very convenient in a holiday home. Also the Moraira area is beautiful with great restaurants. We will definitely visit again.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Our group of friends had a fantastic stay at Casa Barco. The views (sunsets, in particular) are INCREDIBLE! It is very close to a beautiful walking path along the ocean, as well. The pool and outdoor space were beautiful. We spent most of our time outdoors! Bedrooms were all very comfortable and spacious. Convenient location, just about 20 mins outside of Malaga. Highly recommend!

We were in Peter's very nice and modern house over Christmas. For us as a family, the house was very suitable, as the large kitchen and also the large living room in particular offer plenty of space for all family members. The sensational kitchen equipment is also noteworthy. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the building services/heating in the winter time, but Peter was always available and very eager to fix all problems immediately. Even on December 24th, he still delivered a new dishwasher. Value for money is still OK. Certainly, the prices are higher over the holidays, but you also have to be aware that the house is not a detached house with a large garden, but a terraced house, and there are only smaller, tiled terraces in the outdoor area. The proximity to the beach (a few minutes by car), to supermarkets, to Alicante and to the airport were excellent. We would book this house again anytime for a family event.

A real gem this place! Fantastic view, tasteful designed and decorated place. The owner is a wonderful man. Very happy that I discovered this place in Portugal.

My family and I had the pleasure of meeting Jacques at his beautiful Airbnb in December where we spent our Christmas holiday. First and foremost, he is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and kind. No matter what question we had regarding the stay, no matter what time of day or night it was, his answer was prompt and always accurate. He helped us with restaurant recommendations, local sights to explore and finding the perfect local hiking trails. The Airbnb itself was lovely, super clean and very comfortable. From the wonderful beds to great linens, amazing sea, and mountain views to the well-stocked kitchen, we hardly had a reason to venture out. It is spaced out over two floors so lots of privacy for everyone, as well there is a clothes dryer which is a real bonus in the EU. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home if you have the chance. We will be returning in the future and thank you again Jacques, your assistance and kindness was much appreciated. J & K

David had two helpers: Dora and Jordi, who arranged our check-in. Though they don't speak English we managed to communicate using Google translate without any problem. Check-in was smooth, the apartment is quite big comparing to the one we rented in Madrid. The surrounding is quite peaceful and quiet, however, the location is not ideal for us, it's about 30 minutes from most of attractions and city center. Beach is within walking distance but for us the first time visitors we wish we stayed in the center of the city.

We loved our stay. The home was beautiful and in a great location for our first visit to Lisbon. We enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our holiday in this very special place. The great taste in interior design, the fantastic garden with private pool and ocean view made our stay even better. Absolutely perfect and cozy apartment. Super charming decorations, extremely clean, and had everything we needed inside (including coffee, sugar/salt/pepper, olive oil, etc). La Latina is a great neighborhood with tons of tavernas and restaurants, plus easily walkable to other great neighborhoods. Definitely up 3 flights of stairs, which we didn't find to be a problem. Note that neighbors smoke at the windows in the stairwells - we bought incense cones to cover the smell and left them in a kitchen drawer. Recommend you notify the host of your arrival time since they need to meet you to hand off the keys.

The apartment is really beautiful and big. With its free secure underground parking spot. Our hosts have thought of everything, condiments in the kitchen, children's play, double keys just in case They received us very well I would highly recommend

Susanna and Alvaro are wonderful hosts. Extremely good communication and excellent recommendations. The selection of food and drinks was very much appreciated as we arrived in the evening. The apartment had everything we needed and was well located for the train into the city. We also visited Montserrat and Sitges by car - plenty of free parking spaces around the apartment block. We particularly enjoyed the sea view, comfy beds and the hammock on the balcony. Overall a great stay in a beautiful city.

The apartment is beautiful and very bright, tastefully furnished and equipped with high quality electrical appliances in the kitchen. There are two large TVs and even a Harman Kardon speaker – as well as everything you need and more (washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). The location is great: a modern, airy promenade in a new neighborhood, very close to the center and well connected to public transport. The Vivendos agency works very professionally, responds quickly and is extremely reliable. The only two shortcomings are the lack of sea view :( (no small detail) and the strong street noise (not suitable for people with light sleep). As a result, the value could be a little better.

The property is right by the beach and you can look out the ocean from the window. It has everything your heart desires. The apartment is in top condition. Highly recommend!

We had a great 2-week stay at Susie's apartment. The flat is centrally located to old town and beach. There is a very well equipped super market and a great cafe right next door. Directly to the complex includes a pool that is even guarded with lifeguard. It is open from 12-8 pm. But you should bring beach chairs, or you should lie down on the meadow. Loungers are not provided. Unfortunately, balls or the like are prohibited in the pool. Therefore, we have preferred the nearby sea. If you keep to the left at the fishing port, there is a wide sandy beach. Overall, the apartment is very well equipped and we have filled up. We were disturbed by something that the chairs and the sofa were already very worn. In the master bedroom you could hear the elevator very well, which was also in operation until 2 -3 at night. Still, it was a great stay.

The special thing about the apartment is that it really gives you the impression of being at home, probably because it is also a home away from the owner. We felt very comfortable. Crockery and cutlery were even thought of for our child. Everything you needed was there and was sparkling clean. Thank you!

This apartment was the perfect choice when choosing where we wanted to spend our time this holiday. It had everything you would need, the kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed when we wanted to stay in at night to the bedrooms where we found the beds so comfortable and had the best nights sleep. The view was the cherry on top where you could look out on the Mediterranean Sea and watch the sunrise on the horizon and have a morning coffee. Over all this apartment was very clean, close to any shops and restaurants that would you want and need, and we would recommend it to anyone who would want a tranquil holiday with a breathtaking view.

This apartment is a winner, and is exactly as described in the listing. Edite was a wonderful host that was avaliable by text to help on request for the duration of our stay. The location is great - very near the river, but far enough away that it doesn't feel crowded. Its an extremely walkable location, although there are both public transport options and cheap Uber close by. Highly recommended.

A warm apartment with neat decor. Great for a stay for families or with friends. The accommodation is perfectly adapted and equipped for 8 people. In December, tranquility and beautiful walks by the sea, some restaurants open under the sun and the sweetness of life.

Sonia's apartment is big and a family has plenty of space there. Even though the apartment is a bit outdated overall, location, furnishings and comfort are absolutely top. Sonia is a great hostess and gave us a friendly welcome and lots of helpful tips.
