We don’t guarantee the views, but the reserved category is guaranteed (interior without views or exterior with balcony). All exterior rooms have a balcony up to 18 m², with views of Via Laietana, Plaza Ramón Berenguer el Gran, or the Cathedral walls. Room preferences may be requested and are subject to availability. Centralized climate control provides heating in autumn–winter and air conditioning in spring–summer.
