In the very center of Granada, in one of the most emblematic and historical buildings, this apartment located on the third floor, has a spacious and elegant space where you can relax after an intense day. Very quiet due to the strategic location of the bedroom. 3rd Right SACROMONTE Located on the third floor. It has two balconies overlooking the side street of the block. Calle Sacristía de Sta. Escolástica. Very comfortable, it has a large living room with a dining area for four people. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric cooker, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, kitchen utensils, iron and clothesline. In a separate room, we find a good-sized bedroom and a quiet living room. From one of its large windows, we'll have wonderful views of the Realejo. A bathroom with a shower tray and a window located in the en suite of this bedroom. The bed is 150x200 meters with premium mattress. The living room is equipped with a 140x200 meter sofa bed. It also has a comfortable 90x200 meter folding bed that can be put in the living room or bedroom, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. Air conditioning (hot and cold), Wi-Fi, restricted access with a security code, and Smart TV. One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. He grew a devotion so great that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán stated, that to any person who prayed to the Christ of the Favors an Lord's Prayer and an Ave Maria, I would give him 40 days of forgiveness. Today, every Friday Good multitude of people congregate around for 3pm in point to pray and ask for three wishes. Once inside, in the hallway, we see that it has been preserved in its entirety in its original state: the entrance door, the tiles, the marble stairs... Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor with the idea of bringing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So we got to work! We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
