We're proud to present you with a brand new cosy NEST located in the very heart of Graça neighbourhood - our favourite one in Lisbon! Fully refurbished and re-decorated in December 2017, this nest offers a super spacious master bedroom (queen sized bed!) with a balcony with great views to Largo da Graça. We're pretty sure you'll also find the second bedroom super charming and this one showcases beautiful views to the downtown and river Tagus ("Tejo"). The flat also offers a stylish dining room for you to enjoy your meals at home, and a super comfortable and cosy living room (with TV and sofa-bed) - perfect for relaxation after a long day of making the most of the city outside, but also a great to enjoy some quality time over a glass of wine or beer with your friends & family. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, espresso machine, water kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, you name it…) is at your disposal, as well as a bathtub bathroom with guaranteed trouble-free water pressure. Apart from all of this the flat is also equipped with a fast WIFI connection and Smart TV (100+ channels), so just grab a seat at the sofa or big chair and watch a movie / tv series logging in the TV to your streaming account. Did we also mention the charming location of our NEST? Indeed it is, as you will find our NEST located right within Graça neighbourhood, one of Lisbon's 7 hills (and definitely our favourite one). This hill showcases the most amazing landscape views over the city, so please do go for a coffee at the coffee shop next to Graça's church (it's a 2min walk from home) and get blown away by the views (you can also have fantastic views from "Miradouro da Sra do Monte" which is 5 minutes walking from the nest). At the door of the flat you'll have the historical 28 electrical tram line (you must jump in and take a right all the way down to downtown Baixa - or upwards if you're coming back home), but if you just prefer to take a walk (which we fully recommend) you'll find awesome places nearby, like the Alfama neighborhood and the Panteão Nacional (5 min), St. Jorge Castle (10 min away), Baixa downtown is only 15 min walking, and so many other city attractions... Does all of this sound interesting??? Come and check it out!!! Our NEST is located in a late 19th century building covered in white & blue tile so typical of our Lisbon. Being an historical building, there's no lift / elevator, which means you will need to take the stairs (it's a 3rd floor, but actually a quite easy climb). In any case, think on the positive side: this is just a small flavour to get you used to the 7 Hills City :) (probably you've already heard that this is one of the so many names Lisbon is known by...). And we guarantee the views from upstairs will be totally worth it!!! Our Guests comfort and well being is our top priority, so we'll always be in touch to make sure we respond asap to any request or doubt. The apartment is located in the heart of Graça, a lovely neighbourhood on a hill that showcases the best views over Lisbon. Lively during the day but quiet at night, and the famous 28 electric tram goes right past the door. If you're coming by plane to the Lisbon Airport (relatively close to the city centre), there are pretty much 3 options: (1) Taking a taxi / Uber: A good option is taking a Uber/Cabify (cheaper than the typical taxis). Please consider that Uber/Cabify drivers usually pick customers up at the Departure Parking lot - takes roughly 20/25 minutes to arrive to the flat (of course, dependent on traffic). (2) Via private transfer (similar to a taxi - journey will cost about 30€): This is the most comfortable option, and if you'd like, we can also help out arranging a private transfer with one of our partners directly from the airport to the Nest - the driver would be waiting for you at the Arrivals area with a board with your name. (3) Alternative option is to take public transports: - By Bus only (whole journey will take roughly 40/45 min): take bus "708" from stop "Praça do Aeroporto" to "Rua da Palma" (13 stops - about 20 min), and from there you can walk about 12 min (800 metres) until reaching the flat - bear in mind it's walking upwards from Rua da Palma. - By Subway/Tube & Bus (whole journey will take roughly 45/50 min): take the tube from stop "Aeroporto" to "Alameda" (Red Line only), and right outside the tube station there will be a bus stop where you can take bus "735" until stop "Sapadores" (6 stops - about 14 min), and from there you can walk about 7 min (650 metres) until reaching the flat - street level is horizontal all the way, so easier to carry your luggage. If you're traveling by car and you need a parking space, you can try parking in the streets close to the flat (currently free of charge), but since these are quite busy and it can be a bit difficult to park near the flat, the best option is to park at the following parking lot: - "Parque de Estacionamento Emel" at Damasceno Monteiro Street, 1 min walking to the flat (20€ / 24h). Apart from some exceptional situations, we're pretty sure we'll be there face to face to welcome you get on with the check in procedures. Nonetheless, our NEST is prepared for self check-in (we've got door codes for the building and the flat) for those rare situations when we will not be able to welcome you face to face. And we're always super flexible when it comes to early check-ins or late check-outs (free of charge), as long as the NEST isn't occupied by someone else.

In Love with Alfama with Private Patio

This apartment disposes an Internet service with the following features: INTERNET SPEED: Download: 100 Mbs Upload: 100 Mbs Type: FTTH We fell in love with Alfama and want you to experience it - that's why we want to share our house with you and why we will give you all the nice tips. Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

En el salón comedor encontrarán la televisión con Netflix y WIFI, ideal para desconectar después de un día largo. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes. The flat its located on a very tradicional and beautifull quarter and there you will feel that you are leaving like a local "Lisboeta". The flat its bright and as a view on Tagus river and above a traditional street with Portuguese sidewalk. Its equiped with wifi, air conditioning some cable channels. Keep in mind that this apartment (like almost every flats on the central old town) its located on tradicional building on third floor without lift. You will have access to the entire flat and we always set all the bedrooms and beds for you choose what is better for you. We try hard to have a competitive price and we have to consider the laundry and cleaning, please use only the beds, and towels strictly necessary. The neighbors are old, friendly, and most of them wake very early, please avoid to make noise between 23:00 and 07:00. When getting in and out of the building ,please make sure you close the downstairs door and do it smoothly. We are here to help you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.
