The living room has a large sofa, TV with streaming services, Wi-Fi and dining table. The kitchen and bathroom have both been renovated this year. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, including a stove, oven, coffee maker and exit to the balcony, where there is a dining area and barbecue. The apartment is a 10-12 minute walk to the water and the train station. Bus 5A leaves 50 meters from the door.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.
