Welcome to a nice, quiet area close to everything. The forest, Tivoli, local shops and grocery stores are all nearby. The light rail stops 5 min. from here. It will quickly take you downtown. You can also walk to get there. The apartment is in the basement with a private entrance, bathroom and (small) kitchen. Our laundry room is in the basement, but we will coordinate in advance if we need to use it (only relevant for longer stays). Fast Wifi and easy access to the highway. Free parking.

Villa Kolstad Guest House

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the long views and the green surroundings. The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober. With just 100 meters to shopping and conveniently close to bus stops (50 meters), you can easily explore the city and enjoy all it has to offer. Children and dogs will feel right at home, as our home offers a well-equipped fenced garden. There is also a playground just around the corner (50 meters). An ideal base to explore the best of the city and the beach.

Charming first floor apartment with an oceanview. Perfectly located between the beautiful Marselisborg forest and the beachfront. Lots of sightseeing opportunities such as Marselisborg Palace and "The Infinite Bridge" are within walking distance. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, a balkony and a washing mashine. There is a carport for free parking. Also there is a bus stop less than two minutes away and the bus takes approx 10 minutes to reach the city center.

Small cozy townhouse in quiet, idyllic surroundings. Our house is the white one, which is located in a small row of a total of four townhouses in different colors. Two of the houses have thatched roofs and half-timbering in the old Danish style. The house is a 5-minute drive from Aarhus city center, which can also be easily reached by a 10-minute bus or bike ride. There are 1-3 bicycles available (to be agreed upon).
