Unser kleine Wohnanlage mit drei Einheiten und eigener Terrasse hat 1000qm Grundstück und einen direkten Zugang zum Golfplatz.

Das Lindenhaus mit eigenem großen Garten und schöner Terrasse liegt in dem idyllischen Dorf Güldenstein mit weitem Blick über die umliegenden Felder. Neben Küche, Wohn- / Esszimmer, Gäste-WC und HWR teilen sich im EG ein Doppel- und ein Zweibettzimmer ein Duschbad. Im OG gibt es fünf Doppelbett-Zimmer, jeweils mit einem Duschbad en-suite.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

In addition to a parking space and a balcony, you also have a seating area by the pond. The Baltic Sea is just a few minutes' walk away. You can reach the Hanseatic city of Wismar or the castle town of Klütz, as well as the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, in just a few minutes by car or bicycle.
