The deer jump around the edge of the horse paddock, and if you look closely, you can see the fox and, depending on the season, the wild geese, storks or cranes flying over the farm, and the rooster crowing (!). The apartment on Gut Rodenberg is located on a 2 hectare park-like site with a natural swimming pond and the river "Stepenitz". Apartment in the separate part of the large barn overlooking the swimming pond. Living room with fireplace, cozy sofa corner, dining table group and kitchenette with dishwasher. On the upper floor: 1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd children's room (2 beds) and bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. There is a second toilet in the basement. Dogs only on request!!!

Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 sqm) with all the comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. It's only a five-minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 sqm) with a southwest-facing position has sun from noon until evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or dinner. A private parking space for the car is included in the price. Use of the tennis court is free of charge, and the swimming pool can be used for a small fee.

The house is in a very quiet location in the biosphere reserve Schaalsee. It is 10km to Lake Schaalsee, 5km to Lake Neuenkirchen, 50km to the Baltic Sea (dust-free!!!). From the house can be started directly to bike tours, on adjacent hiking trails. There is also a swimming pond on the very natural property. The house is very bright and very quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is also a large easel available. Pets have a generous spout.
