Situated on the outskirts of a Tyrolian mountain village this place offers you a wonderful-broad view. The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The holiday apartment "Seefeld Top 6", measuring 70m², was renovated in April 2024 and offers a large bedroom with mountain views and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. The living and dining area is spacious and features a fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Additional amenities include a balcony with mountain views, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, two Smart TVs with cable connection, and fast Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome.

Studio for 1-3 guests - approx. 26-33 m² - with balcony or panoramic seating window and garage space ( €8,-/day) in the centre of Sölden. In the heart of the western low mountain range lies the picturesque Götzens. My place is centrally located in a quiet location. Innsbruck is a 15-minute bus or car ride away. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax.
