Newly renovated apartment of 60 sqm located in idyllic Strømsbubukt only 7-8 min walk along the water to the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the 1st floor of the house. Small boat harbour nearby, garden on the front of the house. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

Cabin right by the lake, jetty and fantastic views

Newly renovated cottage with private jetty and amazing views. The property has the address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Large house with good parking and a nice outdoor area!

Large and spacious, child-friendly house in a quiet area near the sea. Large veranda with barbecue and seating area, jacuzzi for up to 8 people and 98" TV with a great sound system for perfect movie nights. 🌟Great sleeping areas, a large outdoor area and several free parking spaces. Historical fortress from the war and a frisbee golf course right by the house. The bus to the city centre departs 200 metres away, the ferry 2 km away, and the city centre can be reached in about 12 minutes by car. Great area for both relaxation and adventures☀️🤩

Cozy studio apartment

Cosy studio apartment with a good location - space for 3 people. The apartment is located above the garage, with a small terrace on the outside. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Towels and bed linen are included. You do the cleaning yourself, but it can be ordered for an additional fee of NOK 400. The place is expected to be left clean and tidy, unless cleaning has been ordered as an extra. Furnished with older furniture in a new building. The building was completed in the fall of 2017. Norwegian handmade from local contractors. Solid wood kitchen designed to match old and new designs. The front door is a copy of an old door from a log building nearby. The apartment is made with multi-use in mind and is very flexible. Here you can accommodate office, presentation tasks, writing room, coaching, guidance and rental Airbnb. Here is max space for two adults.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

Large Downtown Apartment by cozy marina

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Idyll at the seaside. Sunny patio right outside the door, with dining area, sun loungers and fire pit. Lovely for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. Short walk (25 min.) to cozy Arendal centre's restaurants, shopping and the tourist attraction the glass elevator. Kayak/Boat can be borrowed/rented. Parking for your car right outside the house. Cozy for the summer holidays or if housing is needed for short-term stays throughout the year.

Hytta vår ligger idyllisk til midt i Raet Nasjonalpark, helt for seg selv med spektakulær utsikt mot havet. Her kan du nyte turer, badeplasser og bølger, selv på stormfulle dager. Hytta er nyoppusset med Sigdal-kjøkken, ny veranda, markise, Weber-grill, bålpanne og utepeis. Sengeplass til 6. Robåt hører også til hytta, men man bør være flere for å løfte den ut. Hytta er perfekt for rolige dager eller eventyr i havgap og natur

Welcome to the vineyard on Tromøy - Myra Gård! Right in front of the house, 3,150 vines were planted in 2024, and guests can experience the vines in the different stages throughout the year. A lovely property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate to Raet National Park on Spornes.
