Our beautiful, listed spa architecture villa was built in 1896. In 2000, the entire villa was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. All apartments are state of the art and comfortably furnished. Three of the five apartments have a balcony or terrace. In the small pantry kitchen you can prepare a delicious meal, which you can enjoy on the small balcony. Of course, you can also watch TV in bed in bad weather. The daylight bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.

ALTE BUCHDRUCKEREI (Bäder architecture, listed) - a beachfront, individually furnished 92.5 sqm apartment on 2 floors, with 2 bedrooms (1x with double bed 1.80 m and 1x with bed 1.40 m). On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. A seating area in the sunny front garden is also part of the apartment. On the upper floor, the conservatory-like porch porch is to be highlighted. This can be opened by vertical sliding windows and used like a loggia.

Residence Meeresrauschen is located on the 1st floor and can be easily reached by an elevator directly from the underground car park. The apartment in the separate garden house is 44 square metres in size and features large sliding glass doors that lead onto the sun terrace. It can accommodate 2 people. The custom-made kitchen with dining area is luxuriously equipped and opens onto the living area with a cosy couch corner. The bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm) is separated by a modern room divider. It has an en suite bathroom with natural light.

The apartment in Seebad Ahlbeck has a separate entrance and is located on the 2nd floor. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a large couch which can also be used as a bed for 1 person. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (160x200). The apartment has a large, beautiful balcony overlooking the forest and meadow. Bikes can be parked in the locked bike shed.
