The apartment (32 m2) is next to the main building, located in a quiet child-friendly neighborhood. It has a private bathroom and kitchen. It gives a fantastic view of water and gardens. Near shops (650 meters) and playground. The house is a 5 minutes’ walk from the train station, from where every 15 minutes a train takes you directly to Amsterdam Central, within 25 minutes. Free parking on the street or in a private parking lot if there is no space in the street.

Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

Loft in oude Brandweerkazerne van Wijk aan Zee

Kom overnachten in de oude Wilhelminaschool uit 1884. In een rustige straat ligt ons gebouw dat ooit als school werd gebouwd, toen als Brandweerkazerne fungeerde en waar wij nu mogen wonen. Dit derde klaslokaal is met veel liefde en geduld opgeknapt en is nu omgetoverd tot een knusse Loft van 70m2. Omdat de ruimte een open trap en vrij open balustrade heeft is het appartement niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Kids vanaf 7 jaar zijn welkom.

Op het platteland ligt de boerderij De HERDERIJ Niet ver van Amsterdam. Ongeveer 25 minuten met de trein en de auto. Ook Alkmaar en Haarlem liggen in de buurt U huurt het hele het voorhuis van de vrijstaande boerderij ,geheel recent gerenoveerd met woonkamer, eethoek, keuken. U heeft ook hierbij uw eigen terras Vanuit uw huis en het terras kijkt u uit over de weilanden.
