The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

Nice surroundings with a small forest also for jogging and walking.

Parking is possible in front of the house for free. Swisslife/HDI are about 5 minutes by car, the A2 / A7 / A37 highways are about 10 minutes away.
