The proximity to numerous leisure highlights make the location so special, such as the Serengeti Park, Heide Park, Aqua Mundo, Snow Dome, Vogelpark, outlet center and the proximity to the Harz Mountains and the coast.

The light-flooded 90 m² living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with a sauna, hot tub, sun loungers and fireplace. From the bathroom/shower you have a direct view of the mill's waterfall.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. Canoe tours, Lake Steinhude or our Airbnb discovery for fishing enthusiasts are available on the Leine. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us.

This versatile new apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as both a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. However, it is also a place to relax for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the entire family. The A7 is close (behind a small wood and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for people passing through.
