The 1-room apartment is on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, triple-glazed windows, HD TV included. Fire TV and much more ensure a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it's a bit cramped and more suitable for a short stay. The apartment is ideal, for example, for 2 adults with 1 to 2 children. A travel cot for a baby or child, as well as 1 or 2 high chairs for children, can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

Both, the master and the guest bedroom feature 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring beds. The property is a city villa built in 1900, and the apartment has been completely refurbished and renovated. The bigger bathroom has a bathtub and a big shower and the smaller bathroom also has a shower. In total there are two toilets.
