Altwarmbüchen is conveniently located and has connections to the A2, A7 and A37. The Stadtbahn line 3 runs to the Altwarmbüchen terminus. This studio is available for your sole, private use in the extension of our house, which was previously used as a practice. In addition to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe, there is a small bathroom with a toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room, there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa offers space for a third person. Behind a medium-height partition, the double bed is located directly by the large window.

The kitchen has the most important utensils and appliances for self-catering. The large built-in wardrobe in the hallway offers enough space for your wardrobe. The light-flooded apartment has been newly renovated, is furnished and is located directly in Nordstadt next to the busy Kopernikusstraße. The living room and bedroom with bluish sea colours has two single beds (90x200), a 58" 4k smart TV with Netflix + Amazon Prime access, a wardrobe and a work table with chair. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The beds can be pushed together to form a double bed.

Welcome to my small attic apartment on the 2nd floor. You sleep in a cozy box-spring bed and cater to yourself in perfectly equipped kitchen. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The shower is available for shared use at any time and is located directly opposite the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Shopping and line 6, which takes you directly to the city center, are a 10-minute walk away.
