Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The historic city center is very close and can be explored directly on foot. The Wall, the retail park and Mittelstraße are about 200 m away. The EauLe (swimming pool & sauna) is also less than 700 meters away. Free parking is available as well as a private entrance to the apartment and access to the garden and terrace. I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
