The house is about 45 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m), a living room with a dining table and futon sofa bed (1.40 m). From the living room you can reach the sleeping loft (1.40 m) via a ladder. Both rooms are connected via the kitchen as well as the bathroom.

The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
