1-room apartment in the basement of a beautiful detached house. Private entrance, private bathroom. Centrally located, but very quiet! Just a few steps to U-Bahn [subway] line 6. In 8 minutes you are in the city (Kröpke/train station). 15 minutes to Messe Ost. TiHo and MHH are also easily accessible. Approx. 2-minute walk to the IHK :) Good bakery and supermarket around the corner. Ceiling height 2.05 m. Total of about 25 square meters (with hallway and bathroom). Das Haus ist ca 45qm groß und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60), einem Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Futonschlafsofa (1,40m), vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man über eine Leiter zum Schlafloft (1,40m). Verbunden sind beide Räume sowohl über die Küche als auch über das Badezimmer.

The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
