Sjönära mysig stuga på 40 kvm med fönster ut mot havet och bryggan. Veranda med utemöbler. Golvvärme i hela huset och även braskamin i vardagsrummet. En korg ved ingår. Öppet kök med ugn, spis, micro, kaffebryggare, tekokare, kyl/frys och diskmaskin. Vardagsrum med bäddsoffa (140cm) och bord/stolar. Sovrum med 2 sängar. Toalett och dusch. Kanot finns att låna sommartid. Övrig tid i samråd. Husdjur och rökning ej tillåtet. Sängkläder, handdukar, kökshanddukar ingår. 45 min bilväg från Stockholm.

Skärgårdsstugan

Skärgårdsstugan med havsutsikt, egen badplats,brygga,altan,grillplats.Trappor ner. Boendet är i vår gäststuga med WC o dusch,stor altan och nära skog och fiske. Läget är lugnt med skogspromenader runt knuten. Fyra personer bor i stugan och två personer bor i ett annex. I annexet WC o pentry, får fyrfota vän bo, men endast där, med allergi- hänsyn till andra gäster. På kvällarna kan man ”mysa” framför braskaminen. Wifi finns. Ej TV. Njut med fördel av solnedgångar över vattnet från altanerna!

Fantastiskt skärgårdsboende!

Detta unika, fantastiska hus är byggt på 1700-talet men har renoverats flitigt under åren där gammal charm möter nytt. Huset är toppmodernt med bra faciliteter och värmesystem. Välisolerat. Allrummet med kök och vardagsrum mäter 4 meter i takhöjd och har braskamin och ett stort glasparti som ger en fantastisk utsikt mot poolen och havet. Det finns flera altandäck på tomten om totalt 300 kvm. Omgivningarna är vackra med hav, rikt djurliv och mycket skog samt 15 minuter gångavstånd till sjökrog.

Vi hyr ut vårt mysiga hus på Muskö i Stockholms södra Skärgård. Högt belägen 1-plans villa på vacker naturtomt med havsutsikt över Mysingen. Endast 50 min från Stockholm City med bilväg ända fram till dörren. 92 kvm med 2 sovrum och härlig öppen planlösning. Vardagsrum med tv och fungerande öppenspis, stor matplats och välutrustat kök med diskmaskin. Helkaklat duschrum med värmegolv och tvättmaskin. House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Dalarö, Stockholm Archipelago. Calm and beautiful.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this redhouse built 1932 of 55 sq.m. is located on a part of our large plot. There is a sauna by the water, bathingdock and grassy areas. Livingroom with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Bedroom with 180cm bed. Bathroom with shower and flushtoilet. Washing machine and dryer. Nearest grocery store 5 km. Stockholm City 25 km

Skärgårds hus på Utö, Rådjursbacken

Rådjursbacken är en komplett stuga som ligger i ett lungt område mitt på ön, med nära till Spränga brygga. Stugan är i två plan. På nedre plan är allrummet med Tv, braskamin, kök med diskmaskin, WC med dusch och tvättmaskin. Stor altan mot väst med havsglimt. På altanen finns grill och utemöbler. Övre plan har 2 sovrum med 2 bäddar i varje rum. Spjälsäng, barnstol finns. Ett begränsat antal cyklar finns att hyra. Bryggplats finns, men hör av er innan om ni önskar låna den.
