Rådjursbacken is a complete cottage located in a quiet area in the middle of the island, close to Spränga Brygga. The cottage has two floors. On the lower floor is the living room with TV, fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, toilet with shower and washing machine. Large terrace to the west with a glimpse of the sea. On the terrace there is a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Cot, high chair available. A limited number of bicycles are available to rent. A jetty is available, but please let us know beforehand if you wish to borrow it.

In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and fantastic nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want to be quiet and stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes' walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are available on Utö. A map is located in the house. The "community" of Gruvan is about 4 km away where most restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga brygga. To consider. Welcome to Paradise. Wake up to the sounds of birdsong and the wind. On the outskirts of Paradiset Nature Reserve is this gem. Close to town but still in the countryside. The villa trailer is located on a farm where we live. On the farm, there are chickens and horses, among other things. Marked hiking trails in the forest are a few hundred meters from the trailer. If you want to go swimming, it is 1 km to the lake. It is 1 km to the bus stop that takes you to the commuter train in Haninge or Huddinge. By car, it is 20 minutes from Globen.

About 22 minutes by car from central Stockholm, you will find Vidja, which offers an unbeatable calm with birdsong, bathing lakes and nature reserves around the corner. Note: Road conversions are in progress throughout the nearby area. Construction traffic may occur during the daytime Monday-Friday (07.00-16.00)

Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Find peace and adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house breathes love for nature and is located on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago, which mostly consists of nature reserves. There are no cars or noise, just wild berries and wild animals. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood-burning stove, wood-fired sauna, 2 Sea Kayaks (K1) and 2 Mountain Bikes (All included in the rental).

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.
