The house is top modern with great facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a great view towards the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property for a total of 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and a lot of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea nook.

The house has a comfortable standard and with 9+2 beds and is located within short walking distances from one of the best beaches you will find in the archipelago. It has a large wooden porch with a fire heated hot tub (accessible from may to september) and plenty of seating areas.
