The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

It has a large wooden porch with a fire heated hot tub (accessible from may to september) and plenty of seating areas.

På baksidan finns gräsmatta, studsmatta, soldäck i olika nivåer, gäststuga, utekök/trädgårdsbar, vedeldad badtunna, bastu, grill och pizzaugn. Några minuters promenad nerför Torgvägen finns stora badstranden, affär och restaurang.
