Enjoy a walk in the beautiful surroundings, go for a swim or just relax on the terrace. Barbecue, play records or light a fire in the wood-burning stove on cooler days. Close proximity to bus stop. A basket of firewood is included. Open kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Living room with sofa bed (140cm) and table/chairs. Bedroom with 2 beds. Toilet and shower. Canoe is available to borrow in summer. Other times in consultation. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels are included. 45 min drive from Stockholm.

Cozy archipelago cottage on a lake plot with its own dock, patio and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on the island of Långgarn, 7 minutes by my boat from Söderby pier. Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island.

The house has three rooms and a kitchen. Lake view from all rooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with wide bunk bed (120 cm down there). In close proximity to the house, there is a guest house with a wide bunk bed and toilet. Close to beach with diving tower, golf courses, café, restaurant, shop, boat to Utö. 30 minutes from Stockholm by car. Convenient public transport.
