Vi hyr ut en fräsch och välplanerad etta på ca 20 kvm, en trappa upp i huset (ingen hiss). Lägenheten har ett sovrum, ett fräsch badrum med dusch, samt en liten kokvrå. Bäddsoffan är 140 cm stor och passar perfekt för en eller två gäster. Mysig och mycket fräsch. Kommunikationer: ca 5 min till buss och ca 15 min promenad till Västerhaninge pendeltågsstation. Matbutik finns ca 5 min bort och Västerhaninge centrum ca 15 min bort. Endast rök- och djurfria gäster.

🚆 Lugnt boende med landsbygdskänsla, ca 1,1 km (13 min promenad) till pendeltåget mot Stockholm city (ca 30 min). Cirka 700 meter är välskött grusväg, vilket kan vara bra att känna till vid större bagage. Passar bäst för 2 personer, men upp till 3 gäster är möjligt. Den tredje gästen sover i bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet och passar bäst för kortare vistelser. 🐾 Husdjur välkomna efter överenskommelse (extra avgift). Normalt 1 husdjur per vistelse.

Hey! A very comfortable apartment with a very large kitchen with a beautiful bathroom, right next to the subway station and a large shopping mall. It's, of course, great to cook in the kitchen as there's plenty of space or visit the local restaurants in the mall or go shopping :)​ The apartment is closed to nature and 15 mins from the city with the train and 12 mins by car
