Fristående hus på lantgård 8 km från Falkenbergs centrum. C:a 300 m till badstrand, 1 km till Grimsholmens naturreservat, Kattegattsleden utanför knuten. I det stora rummet finns köksavdelning med diskmaskin. Där är två enkelsängar placerade. En halvtrappa upp finns två sängar. En trappa ner badrum med dusch, toalett, tvättmaskin och strykjärn. Två uteplatser med en mindre resp en större trädgårdsmöbel. Madrass, täcke och kudde finns till sängarna. Lakan och handdukar har gästen själv med sig.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Också nära till uppskattad skog.Stugan ligger på en liten kulle med ett härligt soldäck utanför och är utrustad som följer: ett rum med fullt utrustat litet pentry, matplats, bäddsoffa och våningssäng och Tv, internetuppkoppling, litet förrådsutrymme för kläder, väskor mm, dusch och toalett.

Denna lägenheten finns i ett hus med 4 lägenheter i hjärtat av Varberg, med en känsla av att man befinner sig på landet. Närhet till centrum, bad, nattliv, shopping och restauranger 10 min gångtid. Tystnad, lugn och ro! Vi vill dela med oss av vårt paradis. Tillgång till båt och grillplats och oändligt med grusvägar. En egen lägenhet som ligger i vår verkstadsdel precis utanför vårt bostadshus. Vandring och cykling i magisk natur. Jälluntoftaleden är 12 km låg och ligger nära. Abborrar och gädda i sjön. Fiber-nätet vid regniga dagar! Ni har tillgång till båt och ved. Inget fiskekort krävs.

En stuga på ca 70m2 byggt 2005 delvis renoverat 2018 med fin sjötomt. Liten privat båthamn finns precis i närheten av tomten. Ca 5 minuter till Tallberga mataffär med bil. Det finns en egen strand på tomten som delas med värdfamiljen annars så finns det en allmän strand knappt 100 meter ifrån stugan. Finns även en bastu i badrummet om man vill värma sig.
