Enjoy the colors of autumn and take the opportunity to book a peaceful, scenic and quiet accommodation right on the lake. The cottage overlooks nature, the lake and bird life all around. Follow the path along the headland to the jetty for a swim. Wood-fired sauna, boat and canoe can be rented on site. Sauna SEK 500, boat or canoe SEK 200. The cottage is adjacent to nature reserves as well as hiking and cycling trails. Fishing licenses are required for fishing in the lake. Distance by car: 5 minutes to Simlångsdalen, 20 minutes to Halmstad

Proximity to beaches and free outdoor swimming with pool for both adults and children. Close to bus connections to Tylösand 5 km with the famous After beach and Halmstad 3 km with good shopping, nightlife and indoor swimming. Large shopping center 1 km. Shops and restaurants within walking distance, proximity to several golf courses and 1.5 km to Halmstad Airport.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Unique accommodation in idyllic Särdal, about 1.5 miles north of Halmstad, along the coastal road between Haverdal and Steninge. It is a small cozy cottage with sea view about 700 meters from the beach. Close to hiking in nature reserves, exercise trails, coastal fishing and cozy marinas. Good location to just relax or discover our wonderful coastal area or maybe explore the whole of Halland. Shops, restaurants and cafés are nearby and there is a bus stop next to the property.

Completely new apartment with everything you need for a great stay. Seperate bedroom and a small kitchen. It is only a short walk from the main train and bus station in Halmstad with easy access to both the beach and the city centre. Silence, peace and quiet! We want to share our paradise. Access to a boat and barbecue area and endless gravel roads. A private apartment that is in our workshop area just outside our residential building. Hiking and cycling in magical nature. Jälluntoftaleden is 12 km long and is close. Perch and pike in the lake. Fiber network on rainy days! You have access to a boat and firewood. No fishing license required.
