Apple TV and Audio PRO speakers. A/C is available. Final cleaning is not included, but can be booked. Towels and sheets are not provided.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the middle of the Bjäre Peninsula. Here it is close to both nature and golf course. The holiday metropolises of Båstad and Torekov are nearby. Something that stands out is the large patio with the possibility to sit in three different directions. A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Towels, bed linens and cleaning are not included but can be arranged (contact the host for price).

Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. There is no must-see, only peacefulness. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

Private parking is available as well.

Rent a spacious house with large social areas, a big terrace, and plenty of room for gatherings. The house is secluded at the end of a gravel road and is idyllically located with a view of horse paddocks. The backyard borders a forest. This is the perfect house for a summer week in Halmstad with the family. There are two large bedrooms in the house, and a third in the guesthouse just next to the house. Unfortunately we can not offer bed linen and towels, please bring that.
