The guest house is next to our own accommodation. The outdoor area is shared. Close to Vasatorp Golf Club and only 15 minutes to Helsingborg city and Väla. Access to a large pool, conservatory, gas barbecue and jacuzzi. In the owner's house, there is access to a washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer and a small gym. Bicycles are available for loan. Electric car chargers are available, SEK 4/kWh.

Close to a fantastic nature reserve, the sea, golf and the city. 2 heated pools. The large 4x8m is at 27° and is open from May to September. The hot tub is 37° and is in operation all year round, and there is a sauna. In Villa Viken there is something for everyone! There is also the option to charge an electric car. In the master bedroom you sleep in a 180 cm wide bed. Bedroom 2, 160cm wide bed. Bedroom 3, 160cm wide bed. Bedroom 4, 140 cm bed. Bedroom 5, sofa bed 150cm. Bus 400m, sea 400m, nature reserve 400m and 4 golf courses within 10min by car.

Attefall's house of about 40 square meters with a sleeping loft for 2 people and a sofa bed with room for 2 people. The house includes a fully-equipped kitchen and a fully-equipped bathroom. Large terrace with access to hot tub. Parking space and bicycles are available to borrow. In Eldsberga, there is a small grocery store with an associated street kitchen and ice cream bar that is open in the summer. Eldsberga also has a pizzeria. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Several beaches are about 4-5 km from the property.

Guests can also use tennis course, sauna and heated pool booked w/ an app ( temp access) 3 bedrooms, sofa bed and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6-8 persons. It's fully equipped including internet tv and wifi. House also has is a patio w/ a gas grill.

Villa Circus

Välkommen till Villa Cirkus - en stor villa på 247 kvm - med unik karaktär och lekfull inredning. Här är ingenting ömtåligt och alla är välkomna! Huset ligger några kilometer från Tylösand och några hundra meter från havet. Huset har en öppen planlösning med stora sällskapsytor. Sängarna är alltid bäddade vid ankomst, handdukar och slutstädning ingår i bokningen. Stor uppvärmd pool (5 x 10m) finns maj -september. Spabad (minst 38 grader) med bastu bredvid finns året om.

Bemærk - rygeforbud gælder alle inden og udendørsområder. Du har køer og heste som tætteste naboer. Lejligheden er lille, men med plads til 4 overnattende gæster. Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året og brug er inkluderet i prisen. Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster

Ta med hela familjen till detta rymliga boende nära både hav och stora stränder samt fantastisk natur för trevliga promenader. Stora rymliga allmänna ytor i huset. Här finns pool vid boendet och restaurang i närområdet. På gården finns hästar, höns, katter, hundar och lamm. Det finns hästar och ponnyer i alla storlekar att hyra för mysiga ridturer. Lilla Villa Smeagård finns också att hyra med plats för 5 personer.

Newly built attefallhus (2024) of 30 sqm with sleeping loft in a quiet area. Bus stop is 50 meters from the house, which takes you easily into the city. Close to the sea and shopping(the air city) about 10min bike to Tylösand, own car parking and fiber. Pool is available according to the island.
