The house is small and charming with a relaxing atmosphere. Quiet area where it is nice to go for walks on the road or along the river. Nice marked trails up the mountainsides are also nearby. We live on a small farm with pets and a kitchen garden. On the outskirts of the yard on the farm there is a detached house from 1979. The house is family friendly and has a great view. It has 5 bedrooms and associated common rooms. With nature reserves and national parks around us on all sides, it is a good starting point to spend your vacation here. Great hiking terrain, short distance to Grimsdalen a mountain valley with free-range livestock and a rich plant and animal life. It is part of the Tour de Dovre cycling route.

The farm is located about 10 km from the center of Lillehammer(not walking distance)with a great view of southern part of Lillehammer. The apartment is on the top floor of the main house and contains 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, dining room with sleeping alcove and a large living room where some space can be converted into a sleeping alcove. There are opportunities to make use of the garden and outdoor area. We have 6 chickens and 2 cats.
