The farm produces milk and meat and is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful nature, wildlife and mountains. The river Lågen in the immediate vicinity offers great opportunities for swimming and fly fishing in our zone. Short distance to Dovrefjell and Dombås. You have the staff cage to yourselves. To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. Viken Fjellgård is located by the lake Espedalsvatnet, an hour's drive from Lillehammer. And if you want to enjoy yourself indoors with a fire in the oven, a hot drink, a good book or a game, or if you want to go skiing, go for a walk on snowshoes, a hike, ice fishing, build a fire, make a snow cave and snow lantern, or just look at the stars, this can be the place. There are miles of prepared ski slopes here. The trails begin right outside the farm, or you can drive a short distance to start the hike on the high mountains.

This is a modern, bright, and cozy cabin on one level, with 3 (4 bedrooms), 8 beds, and everything you need for a pleasant stay in the mountains. Two of the bedrooms have fold-down desks - perfect for workation. The modern fireplace will provide both comfort and warmth after a long day in the fresh mountain air. Electricity (ex. EV charging) and wood for the fireplace included in the rent. The cabin is new, from 2022.

Spacious completely renovated cabin centrally located on Sjusjøen. Ski tracks just past the cabin plot and alpine slope in the immediate vicinity. Swimming area and playground within walking distance. Consistently high standard with sauna, fire pit, internet and chromecast TV. Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee of NOK 150 per person. Laundry can be ordered for NOK 750 Dog NOK 500 per dog, per stay.

The cabin is 70 sqm, with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), living room, kitchen that contains dishwasher, cutlery, pots and pans. Bathroom and private laundry room with washing machine. The house is fully furnished. The cabin has fibre from Altibox, with a standard channel package and Chromecast.

Cross-country skiers paradise | WiFi

Mountain cabin. In summer and autumn, the area is fantastic for hiking, biking or paddling. With 350 km amazing ski tracks on the doorstep, this is a cross-country skiing paradise. Borrow our skis, just bring boots. «Skisporet» provides info on track status. 15 min to Sjusjøen ski center (alpine). The area also offers exciting activities such as dog sledding (Sjusjøen Huskey Tours).
